It looks really good, but I'm short on money.

Yes, best game of 2013. Hell, might even be the best game of this generation behind the Fallout titles. I'm just a big Bioshock fan, though, so I'm a bit overzealous.

Still, get it.

No, 50$ for around 7 hours as good as it may be is definitely not worth it.

@ben

I just finished it, and got 10+ hours or so. Though, like the previous games, I went at a slower pace so I could get every voxaphone and find every kinectoscope. That may have had an effect on my gametime.

Also, there is 1999 mode, which apparently adds an extreme buff to the difficulty. I may find some replayability with that, though I will wait a while to replay it.

Plus, there are 3 DLCs coming out. Not sure what they're all about, but I'm excited for them.

@killercorvette

Didn't even bother trying the 1999 mode after playing through on hard difficulty.
It wasn't hard but frustrating, enemies near the end ate 1 fully upgrade machine gun magazine. Hardly any replayability if you'd ask me.

DLCs? Alright if they were free but I'm just taking a wild guess here and predicting that they won't be.

@Ben If you finished the game in 7 hours then you didn't play the full game. Figuratively speaking.

It is definitely worth the buy. Bioshock Infinite could very well win every award it's eligible for and possibly in the next 10 years or so it could grab a "Game of the Decade" award unless some game actually does better.

Bioshock Infinite is worth it.

I'd buy the DLC for Bioshock Infinite, cause it's just a good game like that. Might actually get the Season Pass though.

@Guarranteed

Sorry to disappoint you but I collected and listened to almost all Voxophones, watched all the mini movies and pretty much checked every corner for useful stuff which I was required to do in order to survive hard difficulty.

wait for a price drop, it's too short (and, at least in my opinion, too low quality) a game to be worth full price.

It really didn't need it, but a Bioshock Infinite multiplayer couldn't have hurt. I'm one of the few who enjoyed Bioshock 2's MP, though I'm also one of the few who tolerates and actually enjoys Bioshock's gameplay. I mean, you already have a good scenario (Founders vs. Vox Populi) and Columbia's incredible area to use as maps. Plus, add in Skylines, Freight Hooks, and things like Firemen, Crows, Motorized Patriots, Handymen, and even Zeppelins and you have a very enjoyable MP.

Also, @ben

I'd imagine it's not free, since the season pass is 20$. But, I'll buy DLC for a game I enjoy and want more content out of.

"couldn't have hurt"
"would have hurt due to them having to tack on a lack-luster MP mode that no one wanted and have some resources that would have went to the SP to the MP"*

I disagree. I would have liked to see it, considering I actually like BS2's MP. Plus, Bioshock 2 was very SP focused, and I didn't see any resource go to waste.

"lackluster story"

I didn't find it to be lackluster at all. I actually liked its story over Bioshock 1's. Though, since my opinion is not yours, I expect some other mediocre response from you.

I would appreciate your opinion a lot more if you left my opinion alone.

Plus, your responses are pretty mediocre. For example, you just dropped the entire argument to QQ about "itz my opinion"...
