Some people i've seen on the Forums talk about they were banned for no reason So when they explain what they we're banned for I look up the Rules and it turns out they are banned for no reason So I think ROBLOX Should allow us to talk about our @Appeals on the Forum if they havn't been answering us by Email
I Mean we are paying money for This site to be running
so we should atleast be able to do this. |

No support. Firstly, this will just be a new way for guilty people to cross their fingers and hope they will be unbanned.
People don't understand how reporting works sometimes. Moderators are adults, they know better than us sometimes.
Plus, this will create so many riots. "UNBAN DIS D00D NAO LOL"
And I would just about tear my hair out if I saw "FREE LIVEBUILDER" on there.
The appeal process in emails is good enough. I always get replied to there (been terminated twice and banned several times).
Thank goodness they straightened me out. They explained the reporting process and I realized after a while I deserved to get banned.
And probably so does just about every other person who has gotten banned and cried about it. |

Some guy who made a word-wall about how ROBLOX doesn't listen or care. He got terminated, bought BC on his new main, and made a group called "Free Livebuilder"... But still has the deceny to ignore Recruit's, Virtual's and my wordwalls about how he's wrong. |

you're suggesting that we expand the customer service to the forums
I don't see how that would help, it's not like the staff doesn't "get your em@il"
if they don't answer your appeal, they won't answer your forum post
plus, bans are not public matters
