Alright if you can't understand the laws/rules, you're not going to get in TAE, plain and simple. You MUST read and learn all of these rules if you wish to become an Ambrosian. So, there are times where you will be [- On Duty -] and [- Off Duty -]. I will explain for each law/rule on how they differ between the two different times.
These are how to know when you're on-duty and off-duty:
[- On Duty -] Whenever you're: At an Ambrosian base In Ambrosian uniform [Doesn't always apply] Representing TAE Patrolling Just generally BEING an Ambrosian
[- Off Duty -] Whenever you're: Out of uniform At a victory part [After most successful raids] Not in an Ambrosian base At places such as the Ambrosian Underground Cafe, these places are for relaxing when you're off-duty. Not representing TAE
You are not allowed to be off-duty on an Ambrosian military facility such as the Recruitment Centre. I do not want to catch an Ambrosian guarding a base while another one that's off-duty is teasing him with things he can do while he's off-duty. You will be exiled for acts such as this.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ You MUST ALWAYS abide by these rules or you will be exiled from TAE. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1.
You should ALWAYS call a high rank “Sir” or “Ma’am”. It shows respect, discipline and above all gets you promotions a lot faster than if you didn't say “Sir” or “Ma’am”. You don't need to say "Sir, [Text], sir." just refer to them as “Sir” or “Ma’am”.
[- On Duty -] Always and at all times, you must address a superior Officer as “Sir” or “Ma’am”.
[- Off Duty -] You don't have to call them “Sir” or “Ma’am” if you don't want to, if a higher rank wants you to call them “Sir” or “Ma’am”, you should but other than that, you can relax.
2.
Be mature and strict, don't dance and jump around, be respectable, you are representing TAE. When you meet another member or higher rank of TAE salute them by writing -Salute- or using a salute tool if provided.
[- On Duty -] Of course, you should always do this when on-duty; I shouldn't even have to say that.
[- Off Duty -] You can relax and forget about being really strict and such, when you're off-duty you can do whatever you want, within reason, if a higher rank tells you to calm down, you should do so immediately. Apart from that, you can party with your Ambrosian buddies/comrades.
3. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
I cannot stress how IMPORTANT this one is, it's pretty much ESSENTIAL to being in TAE. If you don't follow this rule, you won't be getting in TAE. If you ever meet an Ambrosian soldier that uses bad grammar, they probably make up for it with EXTREMELY good skills in combat, if they are only average in combat and don't have good grammar; you should report them to a high rank. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Do not EVER spam CAPS unless you are a high rank shouting an order so that lower ranks will notice your order. You must speak with as best grammar you can, use capital letters, full stops, the lot. This is harder for some than others but is essential to being an Ambrosian.
[- On Duty -] Again, this is all the time; you won't be in TAE long if you can't follow this rule properly.
[- Off Duty -] You don't have to follow this rule when you're off-duty as you are relaxing and just messing around, being yourself and having fun. I'd like you to follow this rule whenever you can, but you won't get in trouble for not following it in a victory party.
4.
When you kill someone, DO NOT saying "pwnd", it is very noobish, if you want to be an Ambrosian you must NEVER say "owned", "pwned", "fail", etc.. It is because of rules like this that we are such an organised and honourable clan. Break this and you will get in trouble quickly.
[- On Duty -] Never break this rule, no matter how much you may want to, no matter how much the enemy says "Pwned" or "lol i owned u nub" you are never to fall to that level.
[- Off Duty -] You should get used to not saying taunts like these off-duty as well since it shows that you are mature and intelligent, but since you're free to do what you want within reason, you are allowed to say things like this if you really want to.
5.
Wear the FULL uniform AS MUCH as possible; the uniform represents your part in TAE, your authority. This is a very important rule, you should be proud to wear the uniform; it shows that you are a skilled player and that you have earned a place in the Ambrosian Empire.
[- On Duty -] You must ALWAYS wear this on-duty, ESPECIALLY on raids, failure to do so will have you demoted and most likely exiled, wearing the uniform is essential in TAE.
[- Off Duty -] You are allowed to wear whatever you want when you are off-duty, feel free to wear whatever sort of casual clothes you wish. But you need to keep this within reason, don't wear anything too ridiculous.
6.
When on a raid NEVER surrender, don't quit, never be taken prisoner (You are expected to kill yourself rather than be taken prisoner, prisoners will be left for dead), don't give up. Keep fighting and fighting until there's no more fighting to fight. The enemy will tire and they will quit and surrender when they see your devotion. Staying in a fight longer than anyone else WILL get you a promotion, not instant but after a few times, you will. Also, you should not go AFK on a raid; it’s pretty obvious why you shouldn't.
[- On Duty -] Never ever break this rule, you can only leave if something important is happening in real life, other than that, we need every soldier we can get.
[- Off Duty -] While you are off-duty you are not permitted to be in the presence of on-duty Ambrosians so you should not be in a TAE battle unless you are on-duty.
7.
If you are the last TAE on the battlefield and the rest HAD to leave for some VERY important reason, keep fighting, show the enemy that we do not need numbers to win, show that each one of us is a one man army on their own. Now, I understand this is a very, very tough rule to follow, you don't NEED to stay there but your devotion to the fight will be rewarded, if you were to be 1 v 5 and you actually took over the base and kept them out ALONE and alive, you will get a promotion, instantly if you are a Private, PFC or Corporal.
[- On Duty -] You don't need to follow this, as it's so hard to stay when you're completely outnumbered. If you are being spawn killed or there is no way into the enemy base, you are authorized to leave the area if you deem it necessary.
[- Off Duty -] While you are off-duty you are not permitted to be in the presence of on-duty Ambrosians so you should not be in a TAE battle unless you are on-duty.
8.
No matter how intense the battle is, ALWAYS remember to look up at the chat to see if an officer is giving an order. Failure to follow orders WILL NOT be tolerated.
[- On Duty -] ALWAYS follow this rule, we cannot have blind soldiers on the battlefield, failure to follow this simple rule will result in a demotion.
[- Off Duty -] If you are off-duty, you should not be in a battle/raid that includes TAE.
9.
You are Ambrosian's Killbots (METAPHORICALLY), machines made for the complete domination of the enemy, you will remember this and when the urge to scream "YAYZ" or any other sort of noobish act I expect you to act like a machine and in turn, a true soldier - a true Ambrosian.
NOTE: Ambrosians are not robots. In role-play, each Ambrosian is given cybernetic implants at birth to track their location, monitor their status and to identify enemies wearing disguises from friendlies.
[- On Duty -] Act strict, like the Helghast (who we're based off of), you don't need to be robots but you should act like real soldiers. We're a strict military faction.
[- Off Duty -] You can feel completely free to pay absolutely NO attention to this rule, when you're off-duty, you can mess and play around as long as you don't do it infront of Ambrosians that are on-duty.
10.
[SUGGESTION] You should complete the "Official Ambrosian Training Course" and go to the "Ambrosian Training Grounds" as well as the "Ambrosian Combat Training Battlegrounds" regularly. You need to learn all the skills to sword fighting, battle gear and normal weapons by mastering paintball guns. You need to be able to crush all enemies that stand before you with whatever weapons you have at hand.

Ambrosian Training Grounds: http://www.roblox.com/Ambrosian-Training-Grounds-place?id=71831027
Ambrosian Combat Training Battlegrounds: http://www.roblox.com/Ambrosian-Combat-Training-Battlegrounds-item?id=47744615
Ambrosian Shooting Range: http://www.roblox.com/Ambrosian-Shooting-Range-place?id=48542418
[- On Duty -] When you are not guarding an Ambrosian base or fighting in a raid, you should train in these places.
[- Off Duty -] You can train if you want to, training WILL help with both promotions and skill in combat but you only have to if you feel like training while off-duty.
11.
[SUGGESTION] I understand that many players cannot afford much but if you can you should save up and buy these battle gear:
Scatterblaster
and
Super-G LS33 Disruptor
Secondary battle gear to buy would be:
Atomic Disintegrator 3100
XLS Mark II Pulse Laser Pistol
You should get these as it will help in several situations:
Gravity Coil
Grapple Hook
NOTE: If you have BC I will gladly donate any money you need to get the very useful gear. You don't need to buy these gears but they are very useful in all circumstances, take it from me, the more you have the better.
12.
[TIP] When sword fighting you should aim for their shoulders as this is a weak spot. Always twist when attacking; to make a sort of cutting movement, you should always use Mouse Lock Shift for swords and first person/Mouse Lock Shift for guns. Try to find whatever suits your style of fighting best.
13.
Attend as many raids as possible, the more soldiers the better. Not attending important raids will most likely get you a demotion UNLESS you are busy with something else, of course.
[- On Duty -] Always attend raids unless you are busy guarding or doing other jobs.
[- Off Duty -] NEVER raid an enemy while you are off-duty.
14.
(ROLE-PLAY: Ignore this if you hate roleplay, there's no difference with the people playing in the end)
Ambrosian CLONES don't need to eat, drink, sleep or rest.
Many Ambrosian low ranks (That would guard doors and such) are created in huge cloning factories where they are grown in tubes. Ambrosians grow into fully grown soldiers within 2 hours. They are then given armour and are trained into deadly killing machines. These are the drones of the Empire, they are mainly used for missions that would be extremely dangerous and normally end with certain death. The lower the rank, the more clones there would be.
Ambrosian clones do not feel remorse, sadness, fear, pain. The only emotion Ambrosian drones/clones feel is anger towards the enemies of TAE as well as pride to be serving Ambrosian and love of their nation.
Most Ambrosians are born and bred in Ambrosian cities, at the age of 10 they are either sent to join the military, research technology in the Science Division of TAE or work in mines and factories for industry depending on their skills, most join the military.
(IMPORTANT NOTE: This means you can choose whether you are a clone or a bred Ambrosian, you don't need to be a clone unless you decide to role-play one)
15.
When attacking the enemy you should not talk much unless you are saying "Yes, sir." to an order given by an officer. Just try not to talk out of turn, respect your high ranks and be mature in general. Talking on the battlefield will result in you getting type killed by the enemy, if you MUST talk then limit all speaking to short words or sentences and use team chat but putting a % sign at the beginning of all chats. Ignore the enemy saying "Fail" and "Omg, such noobs". They show how nooby and pathetic they are when they say things like that. The worst thing you can do is answer them back.
Show them you're better soldiers, show how great TAE is, do not fall to their level, don't talk back, just concentrate on following orders and killing each and every one of them. Then they will know that we do not fail, we are not noobs, that we will never tire and we will slaughter every single one of them until they submit to us.
[- On Duty -] Always follow this rule, it is what separates TAE from average clans. We must never forget to follow rules such as this.
[- Off Duty -] Even off-duty, you should still be mature. But you can still mess about when off-duty and relax, you are entitled to your relaxing time, after all.
16.
Custom uniforms (unless officially approved by me, TAEtus) or body packages that cover your uniform, most importantly your rank insignia, are not allowed at any time.
[- On Duty -] Visible rank insignias are extremely important to maintaining a functional chain of command. Too many custom uniforms can cause confusion and people to think they are better than others because their uniform is shinier. For this reason, their usage must be kept to a minimum.
[- Off Duty -] You should NEVER wear your uniform while you are off-duty, this is very important to remember.
17.
You must never -EVER- bunch up in a crowd chatting, while you should be guarding a base. Much too many times have groups of soldiers gotten instantly killed by a lone raider with a sword because they were too busy gossiping. This will no longer be tolerated. If you need to talk to another Ambrosian, talk INSIDE the base where it is safe. Even then, you should still stay alert for intruders.
[- On Duty -] While you are at an Ambrosian base, you are on-duty. That means it is not chatting time, you are responsible for the security of the base and your fellow Ambrosians. You MUST guard those gates and be alert at all times.
[- Off Duty -] Another reminder that you should never be at an Ambrosian base while you are off-duty. You will be punished if you fail to remember this important rule.
18.
If you are in a server of an Ambrosian base or taking part in an event (A raid, training session or other Ambrosian-based activity), that gets overly exploited (Completely changed in colour, baseplate destroyed, weapons removed etc.), you must leave IMMEDIATELY. The only people who can stay slightly longer are Officers (Captains+) who should only remain in order to command troops to leave the server. Do not shout “OH MY GOD! EXPLOITER!! RUN AWAY!”, that will just cause drama. Just leave immediately. EXCEPTION: If the exploiter is only changing their speed, or their health slightly, you do not have to leave, try to kill them or try to call an Obsidian Operative to ban them.
[- On Duty -] A fight with exploits has no victor, raiding in a heavily exploited server may result in people thinking we are the exploiters or other forms of confusion. Leaving immediately as the server is exploited will save you from both the enemy blaming you as the culprit and from the exploiter themselves humiliating you by means such as spawn killing or other cowardly methods.
[- Off Duty -] Though you will never be at an Ambrosian base while you are off-duty, you should still get into the habit of leaving when a server gets destroyed by exploits at whatever off-duty places you normally go to.
19.
Only Officers (Captains+) are allowed to create Divisions and any Officers that do plan to create a Division MUST get approval from either a General or myself. Divisions use up a lot of time, resources and manpower, so they need to be very beneficial to the Empire if they are to be made.
[- On Duty -] Remember, your loyalty is to the Empire, Divisions are never to be your main focus. If you are an Officer, always get approval before you create the Division.
[- Off Duty -] You are allowed to join any non-Ambrosian groups that do not clash with whom we are enemies with. Just keep in mind that you may have limited group space and you should be mostly devoting your time on ROBLOX to Ambrosian.
20.
Do not argue over off-topic things on the group wall. If you really want to debate something between you and a fellow Ambrosian, talk through PMs or other forms of communication. The group wall is not a place for arguing about things that do not even have anything to do with TAE. You may discuss things that are not about TAE, just don’t get into a fight about it.
[- On Duty -] This rule applies to all times you are on-duty. You must not let yourself get angry at what someone says on the wall. If you find what someone said offensive, you must deal with it in a calm and controlled manner. Never fight with a fellow Ambrosian. We are all brothers in arms.
[- Off Duty -] You should not talk on the group wall if you are off-duty unless it is to alert other Ambrosians to something important, such as notifying them that you are going off-duty for a while and won’t be able to guard our bases until you get back.
21.
[NOTE] Officers are to report all crimes on the Ambrosian officer network wall with evidence. All crimes are to be submitted using this format: (Name) [RANK] (Crime) [DATE] (Evidence)
22.
You are allowed to use serious faces only such as “-_-“ but do not overuse them. You may not use immature or silly faces when on-duty as it shows that you are being childish.
[- On Duty -] This rule applies to any time you are on-duty. If you are caught using an immature face you will be punished.
[- Off Duty -] You are free to use all faces off-duty if you wish.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Follow these steps and you will be true Ambrosians. I believe in you, my soldiers. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
***Ambrosian Empire [TAE] Promotion Guide***
This is just a simple list of things you can do in order to get promotions. Long term and instant.
IMPORTANT: YOU NEED PROOF, if you don't supply a decal proving that you did something that deserves a promotion, you will not get it.
[INSTANT]:
1.) Do 3-5 times (Depending on rank). Instant promotion for Privates. During a raid, get into an enemy base and let all other Ambrosians inside, securing the base and winning the raid.
2.) Promotion from Sergeant after 3 times. Instant promotion for Corporals. Instant promotion for PFCs. Instant promotion for Privates. Staying at a raid while there are no other Ambrosians there and somehow winning the raid (That means get in and securing the base WHILE enemies are there) will get you an instant promotion if you are a Private, PFC or Corporal.
3.) Promotion from PFC after 2 bases. Promotion from Corporal after 3 bases. Instant promotion for Privates. Build an Ambrosian base/outpost/facility, with proper colours and good, fair raidability. [Must be passed by a Captain or up]
4.) Promotion from PFC after 3 new weapons/vehicles Promotion from Corporal after 5 new weapons/vehicles Instant promotion for Privates. Create new, strong weapons/vehicles for TAE. [Must be passed by a Captain or up]
[LONG TERM]
Follow the rules.
Be mature.
Guard Ambrosian bases.
Attack enemy clans.
Stay Loyal.
Use grammar. !!(Important)!!
Train regularly.
Wear the uniform.
Respect high ranks.
Guard high ranks.
Keep your cool in all situations.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ NOTE: Due to good soldiers not getting a chance to prove their skills to a higher rank, you are now allowed to ask a Captain+ to test you on your skills. They will decide if you are worthy of a promotion. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask me in a PM. I don't have time on the battlefield to answer questions, so PM me them instead. I don't ignore PMs, sometimes they just fall behind and get lost. You can just resend your PM and I will get around to you.
