Official TGRE's Shout-tag System
Recently, high-ranks have been abusing the over-shout button and spamming TGRE with worthless shouts. The tag-system, I assume, has never been announced in TGRE before, expectations are to be strictly enforced. This system is based off RAT's shout-tag system & has been modified. [Credits to ColourTheory]
SHOUTING TAGS:
All shouts are now required to be tagged:
[RALLY] - Hosting a rally for any kind of event.
[NEWS] - News.
[TRAIN] - Training.
[FORUM] - Forum-related with a link.
[WARN] - Informing members being cautious about anything and also warnings for probited reasonings.
[MSG] - Basically, the "other" category, anything to do with a "message."
[ANNOUNCE] Future activities or events coming to RSF, only the Leader is permitted to use it on a daily subject, others may use it for something major[permission from Leader].
[RAID] Indicates a raid is in session with a link.
If two different messages, then do this. For example, Training/Forum [TRAIN;FORUM]
If the tag is double-bracketed (example: [[ANNOUNCE]]), with meanings that it IS IMPORTANT and NOT to be overshouted without the Leader's permission or the permission of the person who shouted it, exception being after 2+ hours of the shout held up. (Normal bracket shouts can only be overshouted after asking previous shouter or the Leader's permission, feel free to overshout after shout has been up for over an hour.)
[[TRAIN]] link - This would be up for two hours. The only exception being if permission is gained from the shouter or the Leader.
Bracket indications & time limits:
[ ] - Prior to one hour. [[ ]] - Prior to over two hours. {[[ ]]} - Only to be used by the Leader in terms of urgent messages or announcements. { } - overshout whenever.
Disobeying the system will have you severely punished. This is to keep the shouts organized.
