If you go to one of these sites where you can see the sites way back (like, roblox in 2009) if you reset your computer time and then make it to a date in 2009, logically, you should be able to create an account in '2009' because your computer think its the year. and then get hats, come back on 2013's site and go in ''people'' to search the guy, he should still be there and then just use it.
