Keep a dream journal. Believe me, your dreams will start to become EXTREMELY vivid.
You'll EVENTUALLY have one if you keep a dream journal. It could take years, tho.
To speed this up, there are certain times you can wake yourself up and go back to sleep to increase your chances. That's how I had my first lucid dream. |
