【Introduction】
Robloxian Skill Brigade, or RSB for short is a new and fast growing military. We focus on training our men to their highest potential that they can be. We are led by a new group commander Steelerzfan34.

Everyday RSB focuses on Recruiting, Training, and other group activities. We train our soldiers to be able to fight in any position, Winning or Losing, and in any field, Swords or guns. This guide will help you focus on your path to glory in RSB.

Read it, Live it, and know it.
Uniforms:
Shirt and pants are both in the group shop.
【Rank Descriptions】

【LOW RANKS】
Private: A new recruit who has not proven their loyalty or skill to RSB. Not familiar with the group standards.

Private First Class: Has trained enough to receive a promotion. Remotely noticed by High Ranks. Needs to keep working harder to receive another promotion.

Corporal: Has been persstent enough to have earned them 2 promotions. Should start to develop a knowledge of group rules and regulations. Has developed amateur skills.

Sergeant: Is now the highest low rank and has shown enough skill. Has shown the high ranks their loyalty to RSB.

【MEDIUM RANKS】

Warrant Officer: You are now a medium rank. You must prove your loyalty through training, recruiting, and raids.

Lieutenant: You have shown that you are loyal, mature, and have some skill. Whether it be planning a raid, or just sword fighting.

Captain: You have proved that you are Loyal, mature, smart, and skilled. This rank is one of the many honored ranks.

【HIGH RANKS】

Brigadier General: You are Loyal,Smart,Skilled, and mature. You are now ready to prove to the Co-Leaders that you are ready for anything higher.

Marshal: More complicated than any other rank. The Marshal system is for Generals and anybody else higher to have an Assistant/Apprentice. You may ONLY obtain marshal if you are chosen by a general to be their marshal. The marshal will follow what their General does, and learn from them. When their General feels they are ready to be promoted, they will message either a Council, or anybody higher to check them.Marshal per General/Council: ONE

General: You are the leaders of RSB. You've finally proven yourself to be able to lead the group. Consider yourself lucky to see this rank. You're expected to be active and hold events often. You're also expected to actually know what you're doing when you hold a training, or a raid.

Council: You are the most elite RSB members. This is the hardest rank to achieve. Council members are generals who have proven themselves worthy of being promoted even further. Council members will be evaluated periodically for activity checks. If they're found not active enough, they will be demoted back down to general.

I used Galvanic Legions guide as an outline of mine. I give some credit to Evelio95 for that. Im going through group rank and other changes so there might be multple guides for the next couple of weeks. If you are a RSB member and read this then post a comment. I ask everyone else to please not comment.
Thank You!
