My Wifi was acting weird yesterday so we called the Xfinity company to come fix it. They did, and it has 5 bars. It's working great.
Now, I try and go on roblox. I click play. It loads like normal. Now, I am alarmed by (ID=17) I remember this, an annoying error I had a few years ago.
I have tried everything. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted & updated. Now what? It's still not working. I've read other threads talking about Firewall.
Well, My computer comes with this Norton thing, I haven't bought it. It just sticks around and it allows me to uninstall it.
What do I do? Help please. Like, I'd Love you as much as Llamas if you helped me. <3 |

| Un-plug your Router for about half an hour then plug it back in and try again. |

Well, at my grandparents I have the exact same problem. Have you tried totally refreshing your computer? (Refreshing is when you wipe out almost everything). This is one way to work (Steps): 1. Save all the files you need/want to keep on flashdrives or disks. (Disks recommended) 2. When your ready, there is a way to where you can wipe out your whole computer. If that doesn't work try these steps: 1. Open up ROBLOX Studio 2013 2. Open up the game you want to play and try to play it 3 times. If it doesn't work, then close out everything. 4. Log off your user. (Go to start and press log off) 5. Unplug your computer and count to 60. 5. Plug in your computer 6. Turn it on 7. Go into ROBLOX (If it has to update, let it update. this is normal.) 8. Click on the game you are wanting to play and try to play it. (It may said Cannot connect to server (ID=17) ). 9. Try again if so, if it doesn't work.. keep trying or play a different game. 10. Have fun
I do the 2nd set of steps. I would recommend doing this everything it wont work. :) Hope this helped! :)

This is one of the easiest problems to solve, you don't need to do all that! You just wait a bit, at least 5-15 minutes and you won't get the error anymore. |

Don't listen to tiffany.
Look on your internet router, it should have a reset button somewhere on it or on/off button
Hit the reset button or turn it off then back on.

| I've unistalled rolblox and then tryed to reinstall it and it wont install it just say "Roblox is updating" and I dont know what to do :( please help |

Ummm...Is it a laptop? If it is don't try moving it as much while playing.
Have you deleted any roblox files?
Have you tried to delete the Temp folder(that's what I did)It actually deletes DELETS roblox files |

Uhm Tiffany, I don't think that is nessasary.
Anyways, We are currently speaking to Comcast because Multiple devices are not working. My Parent's cable box. Roblox. ScribbleNauts Unlimited. Like, ScribbleNauts requires Steam; As I try to download Steam.. It says it needs internet connection.
I am Connected to my wifi; but it still continues to.
But like I said, Now they are coming out. I thank you all for your suggestions and I'll keep you updated! |

Same, I had Comcast but I went to xFinity and then, that came up but ROBLOX Moderators put a fixing way, Search on google or other browser used to play ROBLOX, How To fix ID=17 xFinity And I did that and I don't know if it will work I will tell you later.
