They need to cast Jensen Ackles as Chris Redfield.
He's a fantastic actor, and to some extent resembles the character. |

And, by Chris Redfield, I mean Pre-R5 Chris,
Ya' know when he was actually human. |

| I think I found it, it looks as if it could have been a sequel to the original Resident Evil game. I wonder if George A. Romero has played them. |

It's weird how I prefer that trailer to Land of the Dead. Lol.
I think George is perfect for a more serious reboot of the series then. But, they need Jensen Ackles as Chris. He's too damn perfect, to pass up. |

| Well he probably wouldn't do it. Them not using his script is probably why he refuses to be a part of The Walking Dead and I doubt he'd want to be a part of RE after that as well. |

They refused his script? That seems insane.
I've not read far into it, but it appears to be a pretty accurate sequel to the original game, and the characters all feel right, as well. Strange decision on their part.
I love the films we got, but a more accurate survival horror would have made more money thinking about it. |

I think its pretty clear they refused it since it wasn't made. Silly.

| Yes, that's obvious, but it's the fact that they refused it in the first place, that's insane. |

Yeah, it would have.
I recall reading that he refused to participate in anything that wasn't of his creation. I now know why.
If he had made the film, it would have made a huge impact on the video games, as well. They probably would have kept their horror roots, and not developed into the shooters we have now.
If it were possible I would love to travel to an alternate timeline, and see how this pans out. It's weird how the little things have a drastic effect. |
