[NOTE: This is the Beta Guide, feedback is much appreciated. This is not Offically how it will be, it is still in the works.] This is the Stealth Org. Guide. It will tell you the Ranks, and how to get Promoted, as well as what the description of the Rank is. It is a point based Promotion System.
This can, and will be changed from time to time if new Ranks are released, or Changed, etc.

Experience Points (EP) will be used to determine promotions. You can receive EP by going to trainings, raids, defending the base, and many other things.

Here is the guide to show how much EP is needed for each rank
◄Low Ranks►
Enlist - 0 EP A new member in the group, the stepping stone to your career in SO
Private - 3 EP You have proven yourself as someone who has interest in the group
PFC - 5 EP You are an active member who has shown interest in the group
Corporal - 7 EP You have shown dedication, skill, and the ability to lead
◄Middle Ranks►
Sergeant - 10 EP You may command any ranks lower than you if no higher rank is present.
Staff Sergeant - 12 EP You may command any rank lower than you (Except Sergeant) if no higher orders are given
Lieutenant - 15 EP You may command any rank lower than you if no higher orders are given
Officer - 18 EP You may command any rank lower than you if no higher orders are given
Major - 20 EP You have shown great dedication, and are one final step to being a HR. You may command any rank lower than you if no higher orders are given

Colonel - 25 EP + Interview Congratulations on becoming a HR. You may now host raids and trainings. You have proven yourself worthy. (NOTE: Colonel's can also be Promoted by being the Apprentice of an Admiral+)
Marhsal - 30 EP You may host trainings, raids, and give orders to all lower ranks
Admiral - 50 EP + Interview Congratulations, you have reached the inner circle of SO. You may give promotions, host raids, trainings, and command lower ranks. High Admiral - N/A
Grand Admiral - N/A
Potentate - N/A

◄How much EP can be recieved for different activites►
Excellence at training - 1-2 EP
Excellence at raiding - 1-3 EP
Excellence at defending our base 1-5 EP (Note: 3+ must be discussed with Admiral +)
Creating a training place - 1-10 EP (Note: Your training place will not be official if it is not approved by Admiral +)

Any HR can give EP.

I'm not insulting you or anything. There was this long period where SO was the punchline to any inactivity joke on the forums. Looking at the group, I see why since it's bottom rank had about 7k last time I checked.
