The PPD goes by a strict policy of "Guilt by Ethnicity", btw.

You know the funny thing?
He probably wouldn't of been charged had it been a guy.
Welcome to why I'm feminist. |

Ethnicity is also played into it.
But it's because she's a woman
MAN HIT WOMAN WOMAN MAY OF PROVOKED COPS SHAME ON MAN
Did the woman do anything? who knows
Maybe she did, maybe the cop thought she was the one who through water at them did he act hastily, and without thought? Sure But had it been a man, he would of never been charged. |

Actually I KNOW.
The amount of Latino discrimination by the PPD is the worst of it's kind in the country.

She's running at the cops.
Something's missing here. Clearly something was done before the events the video record.
"because shes a women" Stupid excuse. She's running at the cops, something's going on.
"because she's hispanic"
Almost everyone there is hispanic, stupid excuse. |

"No. she was walking away from them and he bops her in the face."
Watch the police men and her mouth. She's saying something to them, and begins to walk away AFTER approaching them.
The audio is crappy, and we can't tell if she threatened them. Maybe she's told them she's getting a gun or knife? Also, something might have occurred before instigating the incident.
It isn't true evidence. |

If she said something that wouldn't merit an outright assault.

Oi.
guys.
My post was an idea of generality.
You hit a guy like that, (a smack that caught her on the side of the head, boo-hoo) chances are, you go to court, the case would be dropped
Because it's a WOMAN he was charged. |

| At this point in the United States. Both genders are very equal. Feminism is what is putting women over the top when it comes to freedoms. |

He didn't catch her on the said of the head.
He socked the chick at full force, and you saw after they cuffed her that her face was bleeding.

'I'm going to get a gun, and shoot you in your face'
If you weren't thinking, would you defend yourself by striking before they could pull the gun?
This is like the incident where the cop shot the guy with the revolver before he fired shots. What are you supposed to do? Let them hurt people? |

There's no proof that she was threatening him, there IS that she was walking away from the officer, than he turned around and punched her to the ground.

"There's no proof that she was threatening him, there IS that she was walking away from the officer, than he turned around and punched her to the ground."
That's exactly my point.
THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF WHAT CAUSED THE ACTION.
So the entire argument is void. |
