(Note: I am not doing this for attention or sympaphy. I'm only doing this because there isn't much else I can do)
Have you ever tried to keep yourself off the floor by putting your back against a wall and press your feet on another (In a narrow corridor ror something like that)? If you have your parents probably told you you're going to hurt yourself doing that one day. Now I know why.
So be warned: Unless you want to feel what feels like your spine trying to break out of your chest, don't do it. Unless you want to throb with pain every time you move your upper body, don't do it.

my back is pretty built though
i have great posture on top of that, my back is the least suspectable to breakage or damage here |
