No.
1.) You'd have to alter the shoe to fit every package, which is time-consuming and annoying.
2.0 bodies and block bodies are different from the McCool Kid and Skeleton. We'd have to change every shoe type to make sure it fit correctly on the package. With several of packages, this would take too much time and it would just be ridiculous without size change.
2.) Annoying requests.
Girls will ask for high-heels and knee-high boots or some other ridiculous thing. This will turn into OD'er mania.
3.) Ridiculous looking.
We're supposed to be blocks that like the build. Now we're dress-up fashion dolls? This will just look ridiculous, especially since it's 3D.
4.) Copyright.
You can't create much popular shoes without permission to make them. Like Toms, converses, vans, uggs.
All of these are copyright, especially if you're going to put on a logo.
Sorry, no support. |

(1) Not gonna create more ODing then the're already is
(2) The shoe would auto-fit onto the package that was selected with the body
(3) Do you wanna be a fashion doll without clothes? Exactly
(4) Roblox isn't all about building its about RPing aswell and that dosn't always conclude to ODing
(5) Not copy-right if they make the're own shoes. |

@Twoublekinz
"(1) Not gonna create more ODing then the're already is"
Do you know that for sure? I'm not saying there will be more OD'ing, but think of the possibility of it happening.
"(2) The shoe would auto-fit onto the package that was selected with the body"
I don't think you get it. ROBLOX isn't magically going to type in a command and make it fit the package. They actually have to work and design it to fit perfectly without it overlapping or something.
"(3) Do you wanna be a fashion doll without clothes? Exactly"
*Sigh* Are you even worth talking to?
First off, we're not fashion dolls. And we already have clothes. But shoes? No thanks. And are you really saying 'exactly' before I even reply?
"(4) Roblox isn't all about building its about RPing aswell and that dosn't always conclude to ODing"
I didn't say it was just limited to building, but you also have to build RP places, right? I didn't say that every game has to be about building. But don't you have to build to create a roleplay.
And I never said roleplay was the leading cause to OD'ing. We're talking about shoes and you're getting off-topic.
"(5) Not copy-right if they make the're own shoes."
You're not really getting it... What shoes will they make?
It's not about making their own shoes. But it's copyright if they add Nerf, Toms, Uggs, Converses, Vans without permission. They can make any shoe they want, it doesn't mean it can't be copyrighted.
The only shoes we could make without getting copyrighted would be plain, pattern-less shoes. And that's just pointless.
Users will keep begging for popular shoes we wear today, and ROBLOX can't do that. |

Twouble, it's not my fault. I can't just support every idea. Someone has to point out the flaws.
I do support ideas. Good ideas, though. That are thought-out, long, and have barely to no flaws.
And if you're done arguing, it just means I have no reason to regret my no-support. |

She posted this almost half an hour earlier than you. Don't make accusations like that without the right research. |

"After seeing the Nerf shoes and trying it on it looked Pretty good"
Currently, ROBLOX is sponsoring Nerf, which is why we can actually use these right now.
"I think we should get Shoes"
OK. Can you go more in-depth? I don't know if you mean something that can be done through an image, like with a template, or an actual mesh. If it's a mesh, then Summer is right-- there would only be a limited amount of packages that fit the shoes.
-
Besides these reasons, I would still be skeptical, but more comfortable with the idea. Please explain whether this is for shoe meshes, or something related to an image that overlays your legs. (I'm assuming these would be meshes, based upon your reason to why someone wouldn't support.)

I'm just going to say that I agree less than I disagree 1. Developers will have more than enough trouble making and modifying packages and clothes and such. 2. The shoes MIGHT look cool 3. Who would create the shoes? 4. Who would buy them?
Demand is key If you look at your forum post, too many people disagree If you can get AT LEAST 1000 people to support you, they might make it. ^It's a 5% chance^ I honestly think that they will never make shoes. |
