| What if there was a JAWS reboot? I personally think it wouldn't be that good because the shark would be CGI animated, but if Stephen Spielberg redirected it then it might actually be good. What do you guys think? |

I have a severe phobia of sharks, but I love Jaws all the same.
The problem is that Jaws could benefit from a decent remake. The original is a great flick but the effects haven't really stood up all that well and that makes the film pretty funny now days and not like it once was.
But if it were to be given a remake it'd probably be R and identical to Piranha 3D. |

| The original jaws made everyone afraid to go into beaches for years. I just hope the get Steven to direct it agian, he could make it more scaier than it was back then. |

Forgot to say that I think they should do a prequel.
Do an open water type film showing a younger Quint trying to survive after that submarine(?) sank. Ye. |

I've never been an Jaws fan, but it could work, with the right people behind it I suppose.
The Revenge is still the best movie in the series, hands down. |

| That would be an excellent idea, but you have a phobia of sharks? Sharks only attack humans because a human struggling to stay afloat causes soundwaves in the water to trigger the sharks nasal senses. Therefore, the shark concludes that the human is therefore, a fish in distress and will proceed to attack. But the shark comes to the realization that the human is not a fish, and let's go and swims away. They are actually gentle creatures, they only become violent when prevoked. |

When I saw Revenge I thought the ending would have Ms. Brody look out the plane window and see a shark jump out the water.
Then it would say "THE END" with a question mark fading into view. |

And the phobia is just something I cant stop. Ive read books on them but they still scare all hell out of me. I went to Seaworld once and they had this room devoted fully to sharks.
You have no idea what fear is until you're in a situation like that. |

| I have been in a room filled with sharks before, I stayed there for three hours examining and observing every shark. I love sharks, JAWS actually interested me into marine biology. On a side note, I made more chapters about the Desciples, you should check them out. |

| I had to go in a room filled with spiders once, I was terrified so I guess I can relate to that. Sharks only kill like the majority of four or five people a year. But humans kill ten thousand sharks for their fins every year, it's a cruel practice where they cut the fins off of a shark and throw it back into the ocean to rot. It sickens me to see the animal I devoted my studies to be treated in a unspeakable manner. |

One of the reasons why I find the string of events that led to Jaws so unusual.
I mean the book was inspired by a series of shark attacks that were all close together. Y'know?

| Yes, those series of attacks still make me wonder what prevoked the shark to such unusual behavior. I have to go watch a basketball game, I'll be on later. |
