Would you please stop acting like you know the exact circumstances.
Primarily: all of the presidents have had people saying worst/best president. Take Abraham Lincoln. I bet the south sure hated him (Well, before they seceeded.)
Secondarily: The president does VERY LITTLE except for be a diplomatic symbol of power. It's quite similar to parliment in the United Kingdom. The queen likely gets little to no power over the govornment, parliment does. Like american. Congress does 80% of all decisions.
Teitiarily: If our govornment would do more than fight over things, than we would be gaining our rank as number one again.
However, that's never going to happen. Ever. |

| If you want my honest opinion, Yes, John F. Kennedy was the best president. HOWEVER, I wasn't alive in that time. I'm basing this completly off of things I've read. |

| Let me explain something called Checks and Balance in our government. First it must go through congress, then president where the president and veto it or accept it. |
