didnt even know what caused it..it was weird.
I was laying with my arms and legs sprawled wide and my covers completely off, like on the floor. I woke up feeling horribly sick to my stomach and only able to move a little. And when I did move, say my mouth or head, I was raked with that said horrible sick to my stomach feeling all over my body.
over a period of about 4-5 hours I was completely conceious (spellfail?) the entire time. when I finaly toughed it out and decided to try and stand I kept feeling as if i was going to vomit, this feeling was over my entire body E_E.
when I finaly sat up, then stood, I fell over onto the floor and begun to drag myself to my parents room across the hall. Mind you I sleep on the second floor of my two story house and I have to pass the hall where the steep, unforgiveing wooden steps are. Each movement forward felt like I was being hit by waves ot thik water, every movement pained me. I kept dryheaving because i felt so sick....
When I made it to my parents room i half drug and half crawled my way to there bed to wake them, for some sort of help. I could hardy speak when I proped myself agenst the wall and begun shaking my mom. she woke up and I told her what had happened, what was happening.
It was about 3 AM... she told me...AND A QUOTE!! TO "-mumble mumble- go back -mumble- to bed.." I had to make the long, horrible treck back to my room....all the while not being able to do anything but drag myself and feel lightheaded and sick..

| Not Aliens. slepp paralysis is normal during sleep, it keeps your body from moving around and prevents injury. Sometimes it carries on even when you are awake and alert. |

I thought sleep paralysis was when you couldn't move at all. And your brain was functioning in a way so that minutes become hours. And during that time you get to feel a heightened sense of fear. While you hallucinate all sorts of horrible things you think are coming to kill you over and over again. At least, that's what I heard.
Sweet dreams. (P.S. Don't sleep on your back. If it happens anyway, wiggle your toes to speed up the escape.) |

| Sleep paralysis makes you unable to move, so this is not sleep paralysis. It may be a sickness. You should go see a doctor. |

| I had a weird encounter yesterday. It wasn't that sleep problem. Anyways, I was moving around getting ready for a shower. My arms feel like their lifting away as if I wasn't in control of my arms. |

It could be that in a dream in your REM state you thought you were paralyzed with these symptoms and even when you woke up your subconsious forced them onto you.
Or you could be making up this whole thing.
