As is with any language, knowledge about the structure of English is required if you want to get your point across.
It would also help if you could learn some scripting terminology and realize that "a zombie" means nothing to us because "a zombie" could have been made by anyone using any method and have any functionality. It's like saying "a nation" or "a planet" or "a person". |

I would never say "zombie". I would say "my zombie" or "sorcus's zombie" and I would make sure that people actually know what I'm talking about.
Read it as if you're a total stranger reading your post and see how much sense it makes. |

A generic zombie, how does that not make sense>?
I assume most people on this forum have had a lot of experience on roblox.
Wouldn't they have run into them?
Should I just say npc? |

We have loads of experience. In fact, it's our experience that prevents us from knowing exactly what you're talking about when you say "generic zombie".
I haven't run into them because I would much rather make my own zombie than look through free models. |

Ask this in scripting helpers. You'd have better chances there (yet still not great).
I find it ironic that arceus needs all this specificity while the programming language used here on ROBLOX is lua, which doesn't need all that much specificity. |

Look, don't post here anymore. Post in scripting helpers. However, since this is your first time, and it may have been accidental, then a tip may be to (1) look in the Catalog. If you can't find it there, then (2) research using the clone:game.Lighting.blablabla.Parent = game.Workspace method. However, you would need to place the zombie BEFORE you put it in Lighting, I think.
To be honest, spawning humanoids from Lighting isn't exactly my expertise, but look at the methods above. They could help you.
If not, go to Scripting Helpers. |
