!--Okay so... I was bored and started typing up this random story piece. Please ignore any major mistakes, I typed this on my phone and auto-correct hates me.--!
The laughs of children echoed down the empty halls. Cheerful yet devious. They hide an evil only found in our small town.
The town if Bishop, home of the Children's Curse.
No one knows what this 'curse' is. Those that do refer to it as a blessing. It's no blessing though. The children's doomed fate is the only thing that keeps them alive. They are simply prey, waiting to be slaughtered. The hunters play with these children. They teach and test them. As long as the prey is worthy in the hunter's eyes they live. The unworthy die.
Our dark masters control them. With this curse it's not hard to believe that our town was forsaken by all things Holy. The children of Bishop learn at a young age that they must prove themselves worthy to live. It's a burden they carry their entire, normally short, lives.
Sometimes, however a child isn't worthy. They never were considered worthy or they made a mistake that should cost them their lives. And yet... Despite that fact these children still live. They struggle, but they live. It's almost as if they have a guardian, an angel watching over them. It's almost as if God still cares about our small forsaken town, like He has given us all another chance.
I hope that is true. Living in Bishop is hard when you are deemed unworthy. It's a fight for your life. Its a fight for survival and hope. In order to survive you need to believe there is someone who is fighting for you, even when you can't fight for yourself. You need to believe that you have a chance. You need that hope because here, hope is the only thing you have here. And even that isn't a right. We don't have a right to hope, we only have the right to die. |

| I really like this, and would like to see more - if you plan on writing anymore to this idea, anyways... |

I have had this idea in my head for a while. I just never had the motivation to write it... The only reason I started it yesterday was because I didn't want to do my homework. |

| that is really interesting. I would ask to make a rp with you, because I need some tutoring from someone experienced, but that might be too forthright? |

Um... Thanks. I'm not really 'experienced' though... I just wrote this because I didn't want to do any homework... I don't mind helping people... Helping people is fun. |

I practice. That's all I do.
I am trying to think of a way to continue it, now. |
