#1: When meeting other travelers, you have the ability to kill them. Your chances are determined by a dice in my hand.
#2 When you want to play, you must send me a PM to get on. If I do not reply, I am probably on Arma 2 or Fallout
#3: I am the narrator and, you could say "dungeon master". What I say goes.
#4: If you perhaps want to meet another traveler, the kill option is not allowed
#5 To make a save point, you must be out of combat and say "[COMMENCE SAVE]"
#6: Since I cannot go complex, you will only be allowed to carry 3 sets of armor, and 3 guns. 5 Stimpacks allowed.
#6: Your health is 100/100 and will always be that way. To prevent some random bystander from killing you, his effectiveness will be determined by level

Sword Fetish - When you were a kid, you were fascinated by swords! With this perk, your strength is increased by 2

BrainzRLamez - You're just too cool for school. Sacrificing three points of your intelligence, your charisma and strength is improved by 2 each

Run'NGunning- With this perk, your gun handling is increased, your agility is increased by 2

Two-HeadedCoinFlip- Also winning at the casinos, you rack up some serious cash. Your luck is increased by 2

Chuck'sBiggerCousin- Making Chuck Norris look like a wimp, your endurance and strength is increased by 2

SkullTooSmallBrainTooBig- This one is self explanatory. Your intelligence is increased by 2

Lawbringer- You've fought for good all your life. Taking down fugitives is now easier with 1 agility and 1 extra intelligenc

BadBoy- Dissing the police everytime you got, every good karma player you kill gives you a temporary boost of 2 charisma for three posts.

#8[COMMENCE KARMA INTRO]

Karma is what defines your character in Fallout: New Reno. It is decided on the bad and good actions you do. Such as, if you destroy and entire town with a bomb, you'll receive bad karma. If you help a group of scientists escape from radioactive scorpions, you'll receive good karma. This is the scale.

50 Karma- Rewards given out by bystanders

25 Karma- Few dialogue situations

0 Karma- Ability not to be criticized because of your karma

-25 Karma- Few dialogue situations

-50 Karma: Assassins follow you and can attack in random situations (Assassins have good loot most of the time)

#9[COMMENCE ARMOR INTRO]

Various sorts of clothing and armor can be found throughout the wasteland. Many of these armors have different damage thresholds to withstand attacks. The armor you have will add onto your health. (100/100HP, 20/20DT) These different armors also have effects such as radiation resistance, S.P.E.C.I.A.L skills decreasing or increasing, and health reductions.

#10[COMMENCE TARGETING/WEAPONS SYSTEM]

The targeting system will work by a simple dice system. I currently have a 18 sided dice. To hit a target. you will have to roll higher than a certain number. This certain number is decided by your agility, range from target, and certain weapon. Take this for example.

DT: 0/15
RANGE: 36 meters
WEP: Damned DMR
AGL: 6
LVL: 13

VERSUS

NAME: Mordino Receptionist
HP: 52/60
DT: 0/6
RANGE: 36 meters
WEP: Switchblade
AGL: 5
LVL: 5

This would be a somewhat not ideal situation. Even though your target only as a switchblade, his level is low,your agility is good, and your range is close, you're using a unique DMR. The DMR can hit a target from 100-300 meters. Your chances aren't stifled to nothing but they are decreased. Now, take this for example as an ideal situation.

DT: 29/30
RANGE: 21 meters
WEP: Makeshift Buckshot
AGL: 6
LVL: 20

VERSUS

NAME: Caravan Traveling Merchant
HP: 12/70
DT: 10/10
RANGE: 21 meters
WEP: 9mm Submachine Gun
AGL: 4
LVL: 9

This situation is good for the reasons same as the previous one but you have a gun made for the range you're currently at. These factors will help determine your results. VATS was removed because it would make the game more complicated.

Angel'sWing- You've proven to be the good little two-shoes of the wastes. Whenever a bad karma player is killed, you earn 2 agility.

Million$Shot- With this perk, you have three combat scenarios when your chances of hitting are 100%

ComputerWhiz- Your Science skill is raised by 5 points, due to all that time playing ROBLOX

SilverTongue- You've mastered the arts of making sweet talk with anybody. Your Speech is increased by 5

Shadow'sReflection- Sneak is your thing now. Your sneak skill is improved by 5 points

CarMechanicOnDrugs- Your ability to repair is amazing with 5 extra points. It seems like you're on drugs.....

He looks at you as if you were living under a rock.

New Reno Gate Guard:
"Well, if you go back the way you came, you'll see two apartments. One leads to the gangs and filth that inhabit the ends of our gates. Don't go in there unless you want to be pestered for caps. Go in the one to the left, it leads to an New Reno identification center. Just submit some information and pay in caps and you'll be good."

As you wave goodbye, you walk over the way you came. You notice the two apartments on each side. As realizing you have no caps, you wonder if it might be a good idea to head into the one the guard warned you about.

Walking into the apartment, you see a lady sitting at a desk. She looks frail and fearful of something she's done or happened. As you approach her, you overhear a conversation in the room to the right. You hear a verbal argument between a man and a woman.

"Dr. Hector, I will not stand for your irresponsibility in this society. Your past deeds have shaped your future. You are hereby banned from the Followers. Continue your pointless research somewhere else."

"This is not just. I have done nothing. You won't even let me stand up and prove it. I demand tha-"

"You are not in the position to make demands, Dr. Hector. This conversation is over. Leave."

The man stomps out, his glasses fall down onto the floor and crack. He remains blind, trying to find it.

Wait, what? You have the RP taking place in New Reno, which was mentioned very little with maybe a brief optional summary at the beginning of Honest Hearts in Fallout: New Vegas and was FAR from the Capital Wasteland, but no questions testing knowledge on Fallout 1 or 2?

Incase you didn't notice, the majority of RPers never played Fallout 1 or 2. I just tried to take basic information from New Vegas and 3. tranquility lane was stupid btw

i thought tranquility lane was pretty good, just hard to do if you liked having good karma

Many RPers have probably played Fallout 1 or 2, and if they haven't, they'd probably be more interested in those than the ones made or published by Bethesda. I haven't played the first two, so I'll have to give you that, but I certainly want to. In the process of watching an LP of the first

there's a way to beat it with good karma, you got to touch all that crap in the abandoned house and then a terminal appears and you launch Chinese invasion

"Oh, you want to hear? Usually the bulk that come around here pester me. The research I am currently doing is water purification with ozone particles. Using this, we would be able to purify our water sources more effectively and be able to have more. I was drumming up ideas to create a Tesla coil. I had created a working prototype and went to sleep. I woke up and found that my Tesla coil had been used. Ozone particles filled the laboratory. While we had put on gas masks, other Followers were severely hurt. The leader of the Followers, Charla, said it was me who wanted to try it out. Now I'm being blamed for getting three followers hurt."

You look at Hector with a suspicious eye. Ghosts don't roam about.

"Are there any leads?", you ask.

"Well, currently, someone has been stealing supplies from my lab. Mostly bandages, antibiotics, jet, buffout, and many stimpacks. I have a feeling that perhaps this certain individual whose stealing might've accidentally set the Tesla coil off. Find this person.

As your conversation comes to a end, you walk away. You have several choices on where to go and what to do.

#1: Head over to the lady at the identification desk to register
#2: Sleep for several hours and go to the lab at night
#3: Go to the lab now and investigate
#4: Talk to Carla
#5: Go back out to the other apartment
