We all know that some guests aren't as bad as people think. Some times, I even befriend guests in games.
So what if, when a guest joins a game, they were given a "Guest code" and it was binded to them via browser cookie. For say... 24 hours. As long as they use the same browser, and don't delete the cookie, every game they go into people will be able to send them friend requests.
Also-In case someone has browser cookies disables there would be a notification saying something along the lines of "Will you allow ROBLOX to store a temporary cookie on your computer? This way you can keep any friends you may make!"
When you friend request a guest, your account is added to the "Waiting list" on that guest's guest code. When the guest makes an account, he can enter his guest code.
When he enter his guest code and makes an account, it will send a friend request to all of the people on his waiting list, with an automatic message saying "Hi! I'm guest[numbers] and we played a game together!"
Once a guest renews his guest code, it will be wiped and ready for use by another guest. Also, if the guest code isn't renewed in three days, it's wiped, and ready for use again.
Support? Great! (reasons for supporting are appreciated)

you are saying that you should track the IP of the guest and then see if that IP later registers with an account
it could work
but i don't see any real use for it

@Firecake
No, no, no...
A browser cookie. As in a piece of encoding that would work with the browser they found ROBLOX in.. |

Because they're checking the game out before making an account. |

> Non support
---------- Heres why.
> Guests' just want the review the game before making an account. So, whats the point in making an account if you have already made friends on a Guest account. PLUS Multiple users have to use Guest [Whatever number] > WAY EASIER too make an account.

@aston "WAY EASIER too make an account" *facepalm x9001* to* They are TRYING OUT THE GAME! If you make a friend while you are a guest,what will happen? Unless you have a good memory, you will forget their name. |

"-Kid's" How is this relevant?
"-They can spam with that allot.With big everything.." This doesn't even make sense...
"-They're just trying out roblox..." And what if they make friends while trying out ROBLOX?
"-I dont like them" And I don't like you very much. Does that mean you should have all your privileges removed? |

No support. Why would ROBLOX waste their time on Guests? I mean, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Guests. It's just that Guests are being used to explore ROBLOX, and if you two really want to be friends, the Guest can remember your username, make an account, add you, and tell you who they are. It's a well-thought out idea and I like it, but ROBLOX probably wouldn't implement it.

@GoldNheart
Because guests are the potential of ROBLOX. And they may not know how the friend-request system works. |

I like the idea. What I was thinking, is you friend them. Then when they leave the game the website asks them if they want to make an account, if they do, you start out as their friend. |
