I never noticed this until the other day my internet connection was off and I tried to build but kept getting an error. Sorry I never got the error code. Now I used to be able to build offline before , so I'm wondering if this was an oversite by roblox. |

| Unfortunately you can't do a lot offline. The ToolBox would not be available. The Start Page, Build Mode, and Edit Mode would not work. |

| With all that being said, the insert service would still be available, as you loading any local file and as the studio is just a fancy XML creator, there's absolutely no need for there to be any offline capability. I personally enjoy working on projects even during study periods at school, and to be able to do that I have to disconnect myself from the school wi-fi. There's no reason why you can't store information locally like any regular application. The fact that it's automatically installed onto my C:\ drive still annoys me. |

Yes, I agree, there should be a better way to work offline.
As for the installer, the install is made to be as simple as possible. One click install. |

I understand that considering the common audience of ROBLOX, but an advanced install would be nice :). As well as local data if we wanted it. It's a pain trying to utilise things such as the loadLibrary functions when I can't get internet.

I'm also still not sure about the whole MS Word styled one place per instance. It's okay for testing, but it's still slowing me down when I want to open up a new place to quickly make something to then drop into the main project. But beggar's can't be choosers right? |
