Hello, and welcome to the page stating the rules and guidelines of The Orsimer Empire. If you are an existing member, read this page to hone your knowledge on what and what not to do. If you are someone who wants to join us, make sure to read this first, as this holds important information. [-]Index[-] Section I - Rules Section II - Uniform Section III - How to rank up Section IV - Order of Punishment Section V - Terms of Engagement (Very Important) [-]Section I - Rules[-] These are the rules of The Orsimer Empire, some may seem very obvious, but still read them. Do not flame, troll, act immature, or anything related. Do not teamkill, or kill a visitor who hasn't provoked you to attack. If you wear uniform at a place that is not related to The Orsimer Empire, you are representing us as a group, and the rules will still apply. If a HR (High Rank) approaches you, salute to them, and when speaking to them, address them as sir/madam according to their gender. If the Orc Chieftain approaches you, address him as one of the following: Sir Chieftain My lord My Highness Etc. Rules may be subject to change in the future. This document may be amended at any time at the leisure of the Empire. Condition I: In order to officially engage in war with the Empire, both parties must meet and be in full agreement in regards to a declaration of mutual warfare. In the event when a party declares war on the Empire, that action will be regarded as null and void if without the prior consent of the acting leader of The Orsimer Empire. Condition II: Raids or military actions against The Orsimer Empire may only be counted as raid victories if the attacking group possesses a mutual declaration of war with the Empire. In the event that the attacking group does not possess said mutual declaration of war with the Empire, that group military actions will be considered technical "Practice Raids", in that those actions will not be added to any Win/Loss tally. No auto-wins are permitted. Condition III: All military actions against the Orsimer Empire must have a minimum of six Orcs present and a HR possessing admin abilities for them to be considered official raids. In the event where the raiding group possesses a mutual declaration of war without the minimum Orcs present, the server may be restarted or the raiding group kicked at the present admin's discretion to preserve fairness. Condition IV: No use of admin will be committed against Hostile or Neutral entities unless in the event of excessive flaming, spamming, exploiting, or other extreme positions. Hostile or Neutral entities unaffiliated/affiliated with the raiding group (Possessing mutual declarations of war or otherwise) will not be removed from game unless in violation of of this condition. Condition V: In the event of any exploitation evidently apparent in any server maintained by The Orsimer Empire, all military actions will be suspended and all persons removed from the server by force as well as the Orcs evacuated. No raids or losses will be counted for either groups under such circumstances. Condition VI: All warfare is to be officially concluded, regardless of raid tallies, during a final battle at a fair war zone. Both sides must be in full agreement to the fair condition of the war zone, and the time for the battle to take place must be agreed upon and announced at a minimum of one week in advance. Please note, the final battle does not decide the victor of the war only the conclusion to the war. Raid tallies still must be added up to decisively decide the victor.
