These are the official promotion guide and rules for TRM. In this guide you will find out how to climb the ranks of TRM. To get a promotion you must do what is required. Keeping active post on the wall is encouraged
Private: Join the group and wear the uniform.
Private First Class: Attend a successful raid lead by a high rank attend the whole raid while wearing the uniform. They also need to patrol the base.
Corporal:Successfully complete a raid and a training with a high rank and wear the uniform recruit 1 person. They also need to patrol the base.
Lance corporal: successfully complete a raid and training, use grammar, wear uniform recruit 2 people. They also need to patrol the base.
Sergeant: attend trainings and a raid, recruit 3 people. Sergeants are the role model of lower ranks. They do their commands given without arguing and they use good grammar. They also need to patrol the base.
Staff Sergeant: To get this rank you quite literally have to be good at many skills. Attend many trainings raids and recruit 4 people. For this rank you need to be on the good side of the high ranks. They also need to patrol the base.
Warrant Officer: Warrant officers are in charge of drill they can assist at trainings. To be a warrant officer you have to gain the trust of the high ranks attend raids and trainings on a daily basis and recruit 4 people. They also need to patrol the base.
Captain: Captains are the very first rank of officers they assist in trainings and raids on a daily basis they keep the low ranks in order and don't argue instead they enforce the high ranks word if their decision is within the rules. They also need to patrol the base.
Major: Majors are the final stage before high ranks the only way they can get promoted is from the commander himself. The majors can get themselves promoted by always holding trainings. The majors are allowed to hold trainings. They also need to patrol the base.
Colonel: This rank is the first High rank they wear a yellow uniform instead of green and can give promotions, hold trainings and hold raids. If a colonel wants to get someone demoted the go to the commander to ask for permission. To be a colonel you need to show a year of loyalty and respect to the commander and the other high ranks.
General: It is almost impossible to get this rank. Only the finest achieve this rank. They wear the yellow high rank uniform and are the second highest rank in TRM. They usually hold trainings, raids and they can promote and demote people.

Rules
Never team kill. Always call a high rank or an officer "Sir." Never ask for a promotion. Respect high ranks and officers. Use grammar the best to your ability. Salute high ranks when they approach you. Don't kill visitors, unless they try to kill you. Show them around and recruit them to TRM, it will help you with the promotion guide. Don't flame or argue with higher ranks. Always address high ranks with Sir or Ma'am.

| I don't really care seeing that I am but used to typing on my iPad and could not care less for people that spend their time looking for spelling mistakes especially on big forums. |
