ROBLOX has been having this problem with their Mobile App. I had problems purchasing one month Builders Club a few weeks ago, but they solved that problem as you can tell. I recommend emailing ROBLOX at info@roblox.com . Also, you are going to need your iTunes Recipt to verify your purchase most likely.
Here's how to retrieve your recipt - 1) Sign in to the email you used when signing up for iTunes. 2) Look for the most recent iTunes email containing "Confirmation". 3) Open the email, and center the information on your screen. 4) Take a Screen Shot by pressing your "Print Screen" or "Prt Scr" button. 5) Save the image in MS Paint.
Keep that image until ROBLOX requests it. You will need to be able to send a copy of it to them so they may assist you further. If they are unable to help you, they will most likely tell you to ask iTunes for a refund.
In order to do this, you will follow these steps - 1) Go to apple.com and click Support. 2) Follow the steps for Mobile Apps. 3) Make sure to click "Send E:mail" instead of anything else! It's the fastest way! 4) Send them a email descripting your problem and request a refund.
If valid, they will excuse your accident from their "All Sales are Final" policy and give you a refund.
