I sent an email to info@roblox.com and got a reply, asking if I could get my account back.
The problem was I was hacked and my JJ5x5 top hat was stolen, but I got my account back.
I spent REAL money to get the JJ5x5 and I got NO help in the email.
Should I call Customer Service? |

No, They honestly wont be able to do anything.
The only thing they can do about that situation is to refund you part of what you spent on the JJ.
Lets say you spent 5k.
CS Would refund you about 2k.
