Either you can share your code in the open, or link to it using a t.co link. Base 64 is basically a horrible way to "encode" something for the basic reason that it takes like 3 steps to decode it, from googling base 64 decoder to finding the right one, to pasting it, to clicking the button.
Instead, share using a t.co shortlink and put it in readable code. Now, (at least for me), all I have to do is double click on your link to highlight it, and then drag it up into the top "new tab" bar and I get a new tab with the code sitting there, preferably with syntax highlighting.
I understand how you might *think* it's a good idea, but there are better alternatives, and yes, it will get you banned.

If I decided to grace the forums with any binaries I've created I'll just give them a t.co link, since they're not disallowed on roblox.
