There was a bug on roblox mobile store. At first it will say sucessful then failed heres how to fix it.
Say you brought 1,000 robux.
To get it if you didn't get it.
Open I tunes Store. Scroll down hit acc ount, then hit purchase history. Now you want to copy a screen shot to do that (CTRL+PrintScreen) Usually at top right of key board. Now open up a painting system and paste it in. The save your image. Open up your emai and send info@roblox with the picture and explaining in detail.

I tried, some guy called Dom answered my emails, he asked for my receipt which I gave him it, I had also asked for a refund.
So after 3 emails, I get an email, saying my email has been forwarded to a supervisor.
Please help, I want to know if I will get the 3 month BC I tried to pay for. Also has anyone elses email been forwarded to a supervisor? If so what happens, do they refund or give the BC to me. |

I still don't have my iJet.
It's been 3 days,they asked for a picture of the receipt,I took the picture and sent it to them.
And 3 days later,still no reply,and no iJet.

| No they dont refund. But apple does call them its faster too. Plus It took me 3 or 4 days when they said 2 so dont be discouraged and I am talking about roblox. |
