Hey guys, I bought 3 months of Builders Club for £10.99, I purchased it, and it said its successful but then a second later, it says purchase failed.
I also didn't get a receipt for some reason...
Please give me a refund, because it took £10.99 off my account, so I am left with £4.33.

I saw my purchase history via iTunes PC, it says
ROBLOX Mobile, 3 month Builders Club ROBLOX Mobile In app Purchase 1@10.99 |

This has been a bug since a few days ago. I have bought Robux on there and it said the same error. Everybody is getting this error when they buy something. Contact info@roblox.com by email and tell them have you have said here. You will get your money back. So when ever they fix it, you will be able to get it. |

| You are most likely not going to get it. Go ahead and wait 48 hours and if you don't get it, you will get a full refund. Buying things on the app are bugged so an error pops up. |

| I hope they fix it soon, thats the main reason I got iTunes credits + my birthday is on 3rd March, so I hope its fixed. |
