| Vaktus is nice. But scary. Really scary... I feel like he'll slit my throat if I followed him to a game. |

| Ok Inysa, if you were so tired you could barely keep your eyes open, do you think you'd play ROBLOX? |

| CFS doesn't just make you tired, it causes poor short-term memory and CAN cause headaches, which would explain not wanting to stare at a screen for long periods of time. |

I say again. I have it, and you get used to it. If you do manage to sleep and maybe feel rested you will reach that crash period where you can't do anything and zone out constantly, but beyond that it comes to the point you can't stand doing nothing. The pressure and such are like clockwork now, familiar as a heartbeat.
But I'd love for it to go away still... |

Inysa, our cases must be of different severities, from the way you describe yours, anyway. I have little trouble sleeping, but every single morning I wake up as if I have a terrible hangover, absolutely no relief from sleep. I'm not sure about you, but my case is severe enough that I am unable to get a job, or even a proper education yet.
I'm not familiar with the restless feeling of needing to do something, but that may be because I have always been very effective at meditation. In the end, I normally keep myself occupied with something like watching videos or (currently) creating our new uniforms when I can. I rarely experience crashes from doing too much as I've learned to monitor myself carefully. I'm interested, how long have you had it?
For the record to people who don't know much about CFS/ME, it's FATIGUE, not tiredness, not sleepiness. Fatigue is like an extremely heavy, under-water feeling. Like having sandbags strapped to every part of your body. It doesn't make people sleep all the time, sleep doesn't help, that's the problem.

@vaktus
I miss VAK. But barry exiled me for inactivity, just cause I was banned.
Banned = inactivity.
Can I get back in? |
