| Just explain as much as you can to them. They're actually really helpful at this sort of stuff, and as long as you give them all you know, they'll help as much as possible. |

I sent it, and it said "It has been seen 48 hours blah blah..." then I got a message later saying this:
"Hello,
We have forwarded your message for further review by a supervisor. You will receive a response with in 1-3 business days after your issue has been reviewed. Thank you for your patience.

Dom Customer Service Agent ROBLOX"
1-3 business days? WOW. From 48 hours to 1-3 business days. This is such a hassle just to get 1,000 robux. |

| On most computers, there is a key on the keyboard with the text PRTSCR or PrintScreen. Hit that, along with the CTRL (Control) key at the same time. Then go to paint and click the paste button on the program. |

| You're right, you won't see anything happen. Press the ctrl key and the print screen key at the same time. Once you have done that, open paint and then hit the paste button. |
