This is a guide to grammar. Groups like grammar and often require it if you want to be a HR. So here is my easy guide to grammar!

A basic scentence needs (to):
---Start with a capital letter.
---End with a full stop.
---To make sense -this is easy, just read your chat.
And other:
---Capitals for names/places.
---Don't use block capitals, it is usually rude to the people being chatted to.
---Use real letters. Do not say 'Sk8ter', say 'Skater'.

If you are able to do the above things then you are able to use basic grammar (not grammer). This is good and acceptable but there are other types of writing that are useful and it is recommended you skim most of these things, e.g. apostrophes are very useful and you are bound to use them at some point, most people can't use them properly.

Other grammar and puntuation:

-Speech marks(""): Used for a Quote. The speech starts with a capital letter. Also, before closing the speech, there must be puncuation such as a full stop of question mark. E.g. "Little Timmy fell down a well!" Exclaimed Tim.

-Comma(,): Used to seperate clauses or in a list. Clauses are parts of a scentence; there are two main types. The main clause makes sense on its own but subordinate clauses need to be read with the main clause to make sense; they are extra information. E.g. On the way home, Timmy fell down a well. The first clause was subordinate and the second was the main. The whole scentence makes sense and the main clause alone would make sense. Also items of a list should be seperated: At the shop I will need carrots, onions and cabbages.

-Full stop(.): Used to end a scentence (note a clause is part of a scentence).

-Capital letter(ABC): Used for the first letter of a scentence (not a clause). There are different types of nouns, one of these is a proper noun. A proper noun is a name or place. E.g. America and Jimmy would always have capital letters.

-Brackets(())/Dashes(-): Used to seperate extra information e.g. 'Jimmy fell down a well (the well was dark).' or 'Jimmy fell down a well -the well was dark.' Seperate from the scentence but relevant.

-Colons(:): Used to start a list e.g. 'Shopping list: Carrots, tomatoes, oranges and bread.'

-Semicolons(;): These are halfway between a full stop and a comma. E.g. 'Jimmy fell down a well, he broke is neck; a broken neck is very painful, it must be fixd right away.' The scentence after the semicolon is closely related to the first part of the scentence but makes sense on it's own. It may be made up of multiple clauses and acts like another scentence but does not start with a capital letter.

-Apostrophes('): These are not the trophes of the Apos! Apostrophes are used when missing out letters from a word and to show possession (this is often incorrect, even used incorrectly by those who usually display good grammar). Dont is not a word. Don't is a word and splits up into 'Do not', the apostrophe replaces the o. This is used when abbreviating e.g. 'Tis a fine day but I wouldn't want to be outside, that rain doesn't look pleasent. THE OTHER USE is important, learn this: When you are talking about a single person's possesion. The apostrophe comes before the s but when you are talking about a group of peoples' possession then the apostrophe comes after the s. e.g. 'Timmy's bucket split in two.' This is a singular possession. Or e.g. 'The firemens' hats fell down the well'. There are multiple firemen, firemen is plural.

-Elipses(...): A long pause in the writing. This is ALWAYS only three bullet points, more or less are grammatically incorrect.

-Spelling: Spelling is obvious but many people cannot spell, everyone makes mistakes; I would be very suprised if there is not a typo or spelling mistake on this page, but most of this document is grammatically correct. There is not easy fix or rule for spelling, the English language has horrible spellings and there are many words that break what little spelling rules there are. Just check through what you write; if you are not sure of spellings or see a new word then please take a few seconds to do a search on the magic machine named google!

-General: When asking a question use a question mark (?). How do you do that? You do not need a full stop after a question mark or exclamation mark (!). Instead of using numbers in speech like this: 'I have 20 R$'. You should say: 'I have twenty robux'. When quoting use "Quote here" or 'Quote here'. Also, always leave a space after punctuation such as: Full stops, question marks, exclamation marks, commas, semicolons, colons, when closing brackets and when closing speech. It is always best to check your chat for mistakes before pressing the enter button: mistakes can change the meaning and impact of your scentence.

I would like to point out that I did no research when writing this and no spell-checks/grammar checks. There are bound to be a few errors but I left out this research/checks to make a point. It is possible to easily learn all of this stuff, it is not useless and is simply really easy! I use every single thing I wrote on this page and this leaves out a lot of the knowledge that I deem uninteresting. By writing this I proved that it is really simple and easy to use, I have given examples of all the structures at various points. I hope this is useful to you and helped you to use grammar!
