I have also had issues buying Robux. I bought 3 sets of 90 Robux and I got an error message after buying them, it took my money and didn't give me any Robux. So I wasted 3$ for nothing.
Also people are reporting that they are not able to update the app.
*DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON ROBLOX MOBILE APP UNTIL IT'S CLEARED UP AND FIXED* - Spread the Word!!! |

| For me I got BC before the day it got messed up, I should have 200+ robux but instead I wasted my money on air :) |

But like what if they dont believe me or something? Because I find info@roblox.com is really hard to talk to them.
Because I bought 1 month 5.99 Builders club with Itunes credit and it worked fine.
Next day I buy the 15.99 one for 3 months and it said i think and then it said successful and then it kept popping up these "ROBLOX purchase failed" message dialog boxes so i tap ok, and theres like 6 boxes that keep re appearing until i tap ok for all of them.
I check my account and its been like a week and no BC has been added, but my Itunes store credit is gone and it does say I purchased a in app purchase on my buying history. |

Send what you posted here with your iTunes email receipt(s) and your username to info@roblox.com. They will make sure you get what you paid for.
Sorry for the hassle. This issue is my top priority. |

| If it said that, email info@roblox.com and tell them that the error popped up. You will get your money back. |

Sorry for your wait. They are probably getting lots of complaints. Maybe double check your e-mail? When I sent a e-mail to them, they sent a refund to me and the the person who sent it to me was iTunes. |

They're not replying to my emails either, and I didn't get the 3 Month BC that I paid for.
Going to email them tomorrow, stating that I want the BC that I tried to pay for.
By the way has anyone elses emails been forwarded to a supervisor? |

Its almost been 48 hours and they havent replied back yet.
ROBLOX service is basically a scam, I am not willing to just lose 18 Dollars for nothing, My dad works for like a hour to get that much and a company like ROBLOX does not just put me off to the side like that and try to put the problem away.
If they dont reply or someone doesnt take some action, I will be unpleased. |
