Well, An apprenticeship can offer you much resorful information, as your mentor is often able to hand down things that will generally increase ones overall performance. A mentor can teach the following: -SKill -Comfort -Knowledge
First skill: A mentor will work with you to teach you the best ways that you can fight or leader, or even advise. Whichever subject you are being mentored in, a moneot will work personally with you to teach you what you need to do to become better. They often teach you things such as "Mouse lock switch" or "Heavy hats' Or even "Slice left, stey right" All of these things can help to increase the skill of an apprenctice. Even with Gun fighting or forts, as you gain experience; you gain skill.
Now to comfort: A new soldier may not be familiar with the use of a weapon, or the correct basic format of a training or raid. FOrmations such as "Left face" or "Right face" may not be something they have ever heard of, this is why a mentor can give them the knowledge of knowing what they mean, thus making them more comfortable to carry out thier given mission/task/assignemtn/duty properly. A mentor can work with an apprentice, overall helping to make a persona more familiar.
Now to Knowledge(more of it): A mentor is sure to increase knwloedge. They will teach you history, Current events, leaders, how to's, all sortys of things. What is important, is teaching an apprenctice the simple task of fighting and raiding. Teach them the knwloedge of what clans are about. And why we have armies in the first place.
Most importantly: Do not become a mentor untill you yourself are ready for an aprectice. But, Always teach an aprentice all you know, and then some.
Well, It's late, so I don't have enough time to write more. This is a draft[Beta].
Good day to you C&G. |

| i had no mentor, and if you look at my profile saying protagon was, he only did one private thing with me and that was just testing how good i was at sfing, and i ace'd every thing, you really don't need a mentor except in real life. |

| Agreed. I never had a mentor either, but I felt like discussing mentors for a change. I'll make another on what makes a good fort. |
