| Well people usually likes to discuss what actually is randomness. Some say that something that number that doesn't repeat several times in row is random, but some say that number that you don't except is random, even if it's like 6 times in row. |

| But really the whole idea of "not random enough" is kinda pointless unless you're writing crypto algorithms and ACTUALLY know what you're doing. If you are eyeballing the numbers, do not trust yourself on whether the numbers are random or not. |

Apparently this was my seed function in my Perlin noise generator a long time ago, and it took four arguments, one of which could be tick() I suppose:
math.randomseed((x * seed + y * i ^ 1.1 + 14) / 789221 + 33 * x + 15731 * y * seed) |
