If I'm right:
-Me saying something right here-
"No that's definitely wrong you idiot."
-Proof to back it up-
Then he just calls me a few names and brings up stuff that happened in the past. (the majority of which never even happened)
So when I get proof they're just like:
"YOU'RE MAKING THAT UP, THAT'S NOT RIGHT. WHERE'D YOU GET IT WIKIPEDIA? ANYBODY CAN EDIT THAT SO IT MUST BE EDITED." etc. _______________________________________________________________
When they're right:
-Me saying something that's wrong here-
-They correct me-
"Huh, that doesn't seem right."
When they get total proof:
"OK fine you were right, you win."
"HAHAHA SEE I'M RIGHT YOU IDIOT HOW DUMB DO YOU HAVE TO BE HAHAHAHA"

Wow you actually read this far?
In before I'm called just as stubborn/stupid as them.

| I don't always argue with my friends. Sometimes, we agree to disagree. |

@Ash
I try to do that.
They just love the glory of being right and looking superior, that's why they carry on and that's why they act so immature when they loose. |

@Taylor
Can't, they're the only people that will put up with me.
I have one friend that's cool and can tolerate me, but then I'd have to hang around with the popular kids with him or be alone most of the time. |

"or just ignore them"
You think I haven't tried that?
It's weird actually.
They are my friends just so (as it seems) they can mock me and look smarter than somebody, they act like they don't even like me, but when I leave they just follow me around. |

@awesome
Half and half, I suppose I'm being biased.
When our little group of friends is together, (4 of us including me) most of their jokes consist of bashing me and my opinions, and making fun of things I've done. If 3 of us are together, it lessens, but they still do it quit often. If there's only two of us we get along fine, the only kind of mocking they do is light banter which is fine with me.
I guess you could say they're like bullies. |
