Due to the local and sudden craze of officers wanting to lead a Battalion and me not knowing what to do with them. I've came up with a sort of war games system for these battalions, which will be explained later on this post. However, I do want to lay down some ground rules so that everyone has a fair shot in these battalions.
--------------------------------------------------
In order to create a battalion:
-You must be at least a Commissar, but no higher than Field Marshal. -You must have a second in command who can be any officer other than Lords -You must not be in any other battalion if you choose to create one, same with your co-founder/2iC.
Battalion Recruitment Rules:
-You may not shout -Members must be at least Tier 2 Arcadian Guardsmen -Members are only allowed to join ONE Battalion. -You must have you own logo. If you cannot find one, feel free to submit a form to RI and they will take care of you. -In the group description, YOU MUST say that you are a battalion, and not a division.
--------------------------------------------------
Now that I have gotten out of the way, War Games? Oh yes. That's right. Since I cannot find really much of a general purpose for said battalions, Having a clan sport might be the best route.
Therefore, Once a battalion has at least 5 members who are not the guys in charge, any battalion may challenge each other in any form of combat. Whether it be a Disruptor fight, or even a kart racing map should you find one, you are encouraged to push the troops to improve themselves in order to better the battalion, and ultimately, TGI as a whole.
--------------------------------------------------
Some ground rules are as follows:
-Keep it civil -Should a Battalion end up in victory, they only add to how many wins they have, on their description. You may not post a defeated list upon other battalions -At least 5 members from each side must be participating. -One lord MUST oversee the match
Repeated failures of these four rules will ultimately lead to the forced disbandment of your battalion, as well as the two officers in charge of the said battalion to be barred from creating their own once more.
--------------------------------------------------
Other than that, that's pretty much the ground works of how I would like to see these. As this reform becomes more successful and our battalions become more numerous, there WILL be tournaments with (hopefully) prizes for the victors.
Good luck and have fun! |

| Are Jr. Officers allowed to be a 2iC of a battalion? When battalions were first created, officers appointed Jr. Officers to be their 2iCs. |

| TGI is generally very mature or strict with high expectations of respect. However, we should do game nights once every week or so like EL. It would help our members bound a lot I can guarantee that. |

@Tober
Not to be off-topic or something...
So we could create the Imperial Marines group, right? |
