Judging history, the PS4 and new Xbox consoles games will be $69.99 at launch.
Xbox/PS2 49.99, GameCube 39.99
360/PS3 59.99, Wii 49.99
Wii U 59.99, 720/PS4 most likely 69.99.
So would you pay 70 dollars for a brand new 720/PS4 game at launch? Or would you wait til the price drops?
Whats your thoughts? |

@Pir, About £45
And hell no, I'm not going to pay £45 for a game, unless it's the Witcher 3.

@rrytry:
PC games prices are same as 360 and PS3.
Most likely there follow 8th gen prices.

PC games are usually around the same price at launch. They just usually drop quicker and sell better from Steam sales.

@Meldo
I've seen a few, though they were preorders. Bioshock Infinite and Aliens Colonial Marines, most recently.

@Meldo
Might have dropped. Like I said, they drop quickly when sold on Steam.
I don't either, unless I'm in severe anticipation.

"low ball alert

not really a lowball considering most games i've seen, featured at least, are (or were?) $39.99-$49.99 at release like killer said though, they may have gone down/been on sale |
