Chapter 1: How to achieve a Promotion.
It's actually quite simple. Just do your best. If you succeed in trainings, raids, and are active on the group wall, you will have a high chance of receiving a promotion. Excel beyond your fellow trainees at hosted trainings, you're on your way to a promotion. Being active on the group wall might not get you a promotion as easily, but if I, or any other HR sees that you are participating actively and on topic, you might gain a promote. To receive a promotion isn't that hard for a Lower Rank. (Note: The higher rank that you are in the group, the harder it is to gain a promotion).
Chapter 2: How you will NOT receive a Promotion. If you act immature during trainings, and use no grammar, that's a nice sign of you not receiving a promotion. Please act mature, and if possible use grammar at all times. I can't believe I have to say this, but one of the most commom way you do not get a promotion is to ask for one. Please don't ask me, or any other High Rank for a promotion, this just lowers your chance of ever getting one. (Of course there are exections like if I forget to give you one).
Chapter 3: Who can you give a Promotion:
High Ranks may give promotions. During trainings, when you're just about finished, your trainer will tell the class who has received a promotion. Usually it will be 1-4 people. Also, I can obviously give you promotions. I will host trainings time to time, and pop in raids to see how you are doing. I will also keep an eye on the wall, and see who's participating actively.
Chapter 4: How to receive a Demotion/Exile:
If you go against the ROBLOX rules you can get a demotion. Also Constant team-killing, disrespect, joining Raiders while we are being raided can all unfortunatly resolve in a demotion. Also spamming on the group wall can either result in instant exile or huge Demotion. |
