A recent glitch/bug has been occurring to multiple users. I am here because i have the glitch/bug too. It is the URL glitch that has been occurring. It is: URL-scriptHRESULT=-214352567.
If roblox doesn't fix this, roblox might fall, just from a bug/glitch.

The glitch might not last forever, but if it finds a way to become bigger, it might affect a profile for a lifetime.

I apparently fixed it by uninstalling and re-installing ROBLOX. Try this, and if this doesn't fix it, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Please read through all the information below and try all of the suggested steps for issues pertaining to connecting to ROBLOX.

Signs of Connection Problems
ROBLOX has trouble with or fails to load online games, sometimes showing the user an error message (which can include "Could Not Connect" or "ID=17 Failure" messages).
Loading screen on the website takes a long time or never finishes to load.
User can visit games in "Build" or "Edit" mode, but not in "Play" mode.
Why it can Happen
Firewall
This is almost always a firewall problem, though it can be (in very few cases) the result of a low-bandwidth connection or a inconsistent wireless connection.
Slow Internet Connection / Big Game
If you are playing on the internet on really slow service, and the game is big, it can take a good bit of time to actually download the map. Give it a little while. ROBLOX may run on Dial-Up connections, however, your experience will not be optimal.
Empty Game / Place
If the map seems to be running, but is unusually devoid of stuff, then the map did in fact load. The game's creator probably just didn't build anything in it, so it is empty. You can tell when a map is done loading once your character appears.
Bad Game / Place
The game could be bad. There could be a bad script in it, or it has too many objects, which is preventing the game from running properly. Inform the creator of the problem, as only he/she will be able to repair it.

What to Do
Make Sure You’re Using the Supported Browser
Make sure you are using the most updated version of your browser to Play ROBLOX. For ROBLOX Studio, you will also need to have the most updated version of Internet Explorer. If you are having issues playing with your current browser, please try playing on a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome if you are currently using IE.
Check your browser’s security settings
You will need to ensure that the security settings on your browser allow ROBLOX. The information below is for changing the settings in Internet Explorer; you can visit your preferred web browser's website to find out how to modify it's security settings.
In Internet Explorer, click the Gear on the upper-right corner, and open the Internet Options.
Go to the Security Tab.
Look to see if your security is set to High.
If your security is set to High, lower your security setting or add ROBLOX to the Trusted Sites list. To do this:
In Internet Explorer, click the Gear on the upper-right corner, and open the Internet Options.
Go to the Security Tab.
Click Trusted Sites check mark
Click the Sites Button
Type the web address for ROBLOX
Un-check the Require box if it is checked
Click the Add button
Click the Close button
Close all your browser Windows
Open an Internet Explorer window and try again
Check Wireless Connection
You can rule out the wireless connection by switching to a wired connection if possible. If it’s not the connection, or if you can't try a wired
connection, then check your Firewall's settings.
Configure Your Firewall and/or Router
For firewalls / security programs:

Antivirus or internet security software control which programs can access the internet. Often, these programs err on the side of caution and by default no program is allowed access. The easiest thing to try is just turning your internet firewall software off, to see if that allows you to join games. If it does, you can turn it back on and follow these steps to safely allow ROBLOX to access the internet:

Find your firewall program's control panel. Often you can find this in the taskbar in the lower right hand corner of your desktop. Otherwise, it is probably in your Windows Control Panel.
Find the program permissions section.
Find ROBLOX and allow it unrestricted access to the internet.
For specific help, please consult your program's help manual, or read the following if you have Norton Anti-Virus: Norton Firewall and Anti-Virus

For routers:

The ROBLOX client isn't bound to a specific port for outgoing data, rather it scans to find a free port on your machine. If your router is blocking UDP packets on ANY port, this may prevent ROBLOX from working properly.

If you're using a router, please consult your manufacturer's help guide for instructions on how to unblock all ports.

If you're using a DSL modem that blocks data ports, please call your ISP and have them walk you through how to unblock them.

Re-install ROBLOX
