I know this won't be instated due to the bickering and faulty HRs within the FEAR clan, however, for the heck of it I'm making a forum and taking my time to do this anyways.
ENLISTED: RANKS REC-SPC
For these ranks, you can jump to SPC immediately if deemed fitting. Anyways, you earn promotion here through anything such as trainings, combat points. Leadership points cannot be awarded to lower ranks. You need 5 points total for a promotion to Private. 15 points total for Corporal, 22 points for Specialist.
Non-Commissioned Officers: RANKS SGT-CPT
You earn these ranks through points AND awards. Awards would be like Combat Efficiency (yes I took this from BF, and you would be awarded this award deemed fitting in a raid/defense). Etc, awards would be made up later on. I'm not going to specify the amount of awards/points for these ranks since you can think of a crap-ton of awards. Anyways, you can't jump these ranks.
Officers: RANKS- MAJ-WTO
You can only get these ranks through leadership points. You are not entitled to get the rank if you meet the requirements. The HRs will decide if you are fit for the position. You can jump to Officer if you meet requirements. WTO is for advisors of a directory. You get it if you're an advisor for a division/directory, limit 2 advisors per division. I also recommend cutting off FCO, FiD, FS, FSO, Navy, AF. FCO, FiD can be incorporated into ATC, you don't need such a large team for intel, covert ops, choose the best and best only. We don't need an academy. and AF, Navy are irrelevant, just no.
Premiere: RANKS COL-CMD
Colonels are directors of a division/head of minor directories (such as Innovation, Justice)
Generals are heads of primary directories/divisions Internal Affairs, Diplomacy, Rank Advancement.
Prime General is for Director of War, why well because we're a war clan, duh. (Although, as you already know, I'm not happy with the current DoW.)
VCO is for advisors of SONIC. They can head divisions/directories.
And there you have it, my work of 30 minutes wasted because this won't be instated. But what the heck? Worth a shot.

Advisors count as 2iC, 3iC, so max 2 for that one. ALSO, Points, you gonna have to use 'em eventually.

Let me explain the points, the points are to be making it harder for people to get promoted. I'm tired of one train-promo. It needs to be hard to advance through ranks so we get commitment, if you get my drift.

| Points is a great system, but easily manipulated and hard to keep track with. A clan as big as FEAR will be chaos with points. I know from experience that points are hard and annoying to keep track of, even for a group of 8k. |

| Here's a question. How will we keep track of the points? Are we going to have a data place where HRs can put how many points someone has? |

| The reason why most of our "proposals" and "reforms" don't work, is because they aren't organized with enough detail or we never have a back-up plan. And then there's the HRs who don't support the idea or plunges the idea into chaos. |

| Support, but I'm skeptical of the points thing. If we go for points, we'll need more/better HRs. Points will tear us asunder in our current state. |
