TRAE entry system ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Table of contents 1. Requirements for the test 2. What the test must consist of 3. Grading system 4. Initiation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Requirements for the test
Before starting the test, the following things must be established.
• Soldier must be applicable to the Elites, or meet all of the current requirements for Elites. (Rank, number of recommendations, approval by an administrator, etc.)
• A scheduled time and place of the test. Testing grounds must be an official Elites testing facility.
• Three other TRAE soldiers (of any kind) in attendance for teamwork and judging purposes.
• One TRAE SL or Administrator ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Test activities (What the test most consist of)
This is the method which all tests should use to properly judge the soldier being tested.
1. A brief interview by the SL hosting the test. This should be done at the start of the training. Simple, non-specific questions like “Why do you want to join Elites”, “How long do you intend to server the army”, and anything of which the SL may find fitting to ask.
2. Combat trial. All soldiers being tested for Elites should already be somewhat skilled in combat. This can come before or after the obby trial. HOW IT IS TO BE DONE: The soldier must duel every attending TRAE (not including the host) twice in swords, and twice again with guns.
3. Obby trial. Another simple trial to see how well the soldier does with obbies. Can come before or after the combat trial. HOW IT IS TO BE DONE: The soldier will be given 10 tries to complete the obby. Before starting, the soldier is allowed unlimited tries on a "warm up" obby
4. Teamwork trial. This MUST come after the previous three trials. It will consist of some form of teamwork activity. Examples: Stacking, fighting in teams (2v2, with the three attending TRAE soldiers), or whatever the trainer sees fit. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Grading system
The grading system will amount to points earned in each acivity. Interview point system: This is almost a free point. Good grammar and maturity will get you 2 points. Lack of grammar and maturity will get those points taken away, and in severe cases, cancel the test. Overall points available: 2
Combat point system: The combat point system is based off three things: Death, tie, kill. A death awards you zero points, a tie will award you a single point, and a kill will award you two points. Overall points available: 24
Obby point system: The obby point system is based off of attempts till completion. There are ten attempts allowed, along with a few minutes on a “warm up” obby. With every attempt that fails, one point is taken off of the original 10. Overall points available: 10
Teamwork point system: This will be based off the opinion of the three TRAE and host of the training. They will all decide how many points out of 10 that the soldier will receive. Overall points available: 10
Overall test points available: 46 Test points required to pass: 27 Basically, the only way to pass is to get at LITTLE more than half the points available out of ALL the trials. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Initiation
(This may or may not be on the day of the test, for TRAEs convenience) In order to get to initiation, the soldier must first pass the test. However, they are NOT in Elites yet. This is not only their initiation, but the final test The new soldier must go on a raid with the rest of the TRAE soldiers, and work together with their soon-to-be fellow TRAE to gain a victory. The only way to fail this is to not follow orders, do poorly in battle, or do poorly with fellow TRAE. After the raid is over and the battle is won, all of the Elites will welcome the soldier into TRAE and celebrate together. (I’m thinking of building a place that we can do this at… Some sort of hall of honor, or something of the likes.) ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ This probably isn’t going to be the final draft, and I don’t even know if it will be made official. This Is just a bunch of ideas TRAE put together with me that I pooled together into one organized forum post.

Excuse me, I probably should have put that at the top XD This isn't an offical TRAE forum, I just wanted to put it together so that I could send it to one of my superiours and try to get it officalised, or at least get some opinions on it. |

"All soldiers being tested for Elites should already be somewhat skilled in combat."
This is incorrect.
We are not looking for soldiers "somewhat skilled in combat". We are looking for the best of the best.
The rest is pretty good.
Exept for the last part, which would be a bit hard to match up. We don't raid that often, and requiering them to be in an official raid to get in seems a bit tricky. |

@Toni Igoing has been hosting multiple raids for TRAE every day for the past few days. Trust me, it's no longer that tricky. So, if I edit this the way you want, do you think it could be officalised? I'm eager to see a proper testing system put into the Elites. |

| I think we could run a trial of this system for a couple of weeks then analyze the results. Edit it, PM it to me, and I will publish it with credit to you at the top. (Will PM teh too to see what he thinks) |

| This is way too complex. There will be allot of confusion and misunderstanding. |
