This also means that any deleted scripts in the simulation will not come back.
I actually lost quite a lot of work from this, and it's stupid functionality anyway.
Should I repost in the Studio 2013 forum? The standard studio also suffered from this just before it got replaced. |

Hmm, the reset button has been a little broken. You say this was fixed in the Roblox Studio 1.0?

| Yeah, I've noticed weird stuff like that too. In studio 1.0, when you clicked reset button, it actually did reset script, so next time you press play, it functioned perfectly. |

@Sorcus It was fixed in Studio 1.0 a week or so before Studio 2013. Then, when 2013 came out, or just a bit sooner, it broke. |

Also, calling destroy on objects then hitting reset can not bring then back because the parent was locked. That could be used maliciously in script viruses. |

| Hmm... Actually yeah, destroy sounds like problem.... What if destroy would work like remove in studio, but not in online game. Might help. |

^ Could lead to some script problems.
I think somewhere along the line, the new studio has a different reset method so it is unbelievably fast, even though it does lose things ._. |

| Or we could unlock the parent for higher context scripts on destroyed objects. |

It was fixed in Studio 1.0 for a while. Studio 1.0 never fixed the archivable glitch, where you set something's archivability to false after pushing play, and then reset, and it disappears.
Anyway, I don't test games/scripts in Studio anymore because of this. |

"Nah, don't save. It's fine, studio won't crash."
Line 1 of script being tested: script.Parent = nil
