Hey, I've had this problem for about a week now, where my builders club just vanished without a given reason, I can't find out why it did, the card doesn't expire for a year, it was a monthly payment, neither me or the cardholder chose to cancel it, and payments would still appear to be going out according to the bank statement.
I've been making threads, and sending several messages to info@roblox.com for the past week now, and so far not received any replies, not even auto-replies.
So I'm starting to get quite concerned, I have no idea if its a problem with the card, or ROBLOX. Quite confused and my queries just aren't being received. So help would be appreciated. |
