So I turned it off, took out the battery, took out the charger, and went up onto my family computer to look up stuff. Apparently, getting DriverUpdate might fix this problem, but I don't really know what it does. Please tell me. This has happened only once before(earlier this week) I only have CCleaner, Avast!, Sky pen(filtered), Roblox, MC, Chrome, Opera, Malwarebytes, and the original things on the computer installed.
Also,what else should I do?
And no, I will not delete system 32. |

I can actually give you advice on hardware management if you message me.
Did it get it once? Thats no problem.
Usually blue screen is from an issue with RAM allocation, or just a small error- nope its ram allocation. |

@Kleme Got it twice this week. Never before this week. By RAM allocation,do you mean that my maximum RAM was too low for what I was running? That makes sense, because I have a little thing in the corner of my screen that says how much RAM I am using, which is usually like 70-80%. |

70-80% is kinda high.
It shouldnt matter if your getting it once in a while.
but ur using a laptop with intel intergrated graphics and ddr2 ram
so its fine, just be careful on how much you do at once |

I know it's high. My computer is a small netbook by Gateway. I wanted a RAM card for Christmas, but my parents said I would have to take apart my computer to put it in. My birthday is coming up,so I'm gonna ask for it again. I dont care if I have to take it apart. I really need better RAM. |

@cool I got mine in August. Next time you get it,take out the battery and wait 10 seconds. then put it back in (also unplug it) |

If ram is probably the problem, should I get something like fixcleaner on my computer?
I already have CCleaner, and that does a good job,but what should I do (I never have any registry problems on CCleaner, because I check weekly for problems on it.)
I was running a bunch of scans on Avast for infected files,of which it already found 7(but it wouldnt let me move them to the chest or anything).
I had 2 SD cards in it,holding 2 GB and 8 GB,both being used to speed up the computer. However, every once in a while, something about them would pop up, asking something stupid and pointless. I know it wasn't important. |

What I have gotten so far for info: 1)Watch how high your RAM is. 2)Get a new RAM card
I'm sure I should do more. |

@kleme
I don't know, most of the BSODs that I got were from outdated drivers.

I doubt that you know how to upgrade a laptop's ram.
Don't get a laptop if you want to upgrade it.

I'm using a laptop with 1GB of RAM and sometimes it gets to 100%, it just makes it get really slow. I have to close the program that I was using or some tabs in google chrome.
On the other hand, I'm left-handed. |

I don't normally use a laptop, but I do have one when I decide to forum after a track meet or something.
Uh is like a 2005 Sony Vaio, it is not very difficult to increase the RAM of the laptop, just google your model and look for a compartment where small sticks are.
Keep in mind laptops use a special type of RAM to maintain its small size.
I run Cinnamon Mint on my laptop for memory reasons, its runs very very smooth and looks pretty, which I normally don't care about but its a laptop so yeah. |

netbooks are not build for games.
you are literally tourturing it by playing any sort of game.
running a youtube video is making it jog at a pretty fast pace |
