more closer to two years when we'll meet because i'm visiting straight out of high school to get in the one irl visit needed to move permanently with her

yeah in retrospect, last year seems like nothing my freshman year seems like a single day
and we're already over a week into february and there's only a few months of this school year left

you're easy
you're like, not fat so i don't have to give you some wild cardio thing and you're not skinny so i don't have to give you some huge bulkin' schedule
just standard, get a gym membership or something, look up proper form videos online or something

A = this workout thingy
Pull Ups (Wide) (max) x 4 Sit Ups (max) x 4 Bench Press or Flyes 10 x 3 Squats 10 x 3 Push Ups (max) x 3 Deadlift 3 x 2 or Supermans (max) x 3 Renegade Row (can lean over on feet and do it, easier imo, great for back) 10 x 3 Crunches (max) x 4 OHP/Military Press 8 x 3 Calf Raises (max) x 4 Forearm Curls 6 x 3 Reverse Forearm Curls 3 x 3
pretty much the entire body right there, almost all of them are compound, eat about as much grams of protein as you are heavy (e.g. 180 pound guy eats 180g of protein)
sleep and eat healthy...

soda is one of the most horrible things, it's like drinking pure sugar omg though i do love it myself...
and
max, how long you can hold it, how much you can do, go as long as you can go before it starts getting sloppy
and memberships are like, 40/50$ a month lol
i have my own gym at home so idc
