They recently called SWAT teams into a NY school because a kid had a Nerf gun. Punishment was uncertain when I heard this.
Granted, that kid was in junior high, but still, SWAT teams.

| It's easier to get someone in trouble for having a fake gun then it is to get someone in trouble for beating up another person without having to resort to valid proof. |

| Well if a gun looks real enough, schools won't hesitate to take action.. however, the swat team is a bit extreme.. :L |
