it does what other consoles have been doing for 5 years
and there's also a touch screen thingy that hardly any game developer uses to great effect
all this within 2 years of the next gen consoles getting released and leaving nintendo in the dust again |

Fun fact: The N64 was more powerful then the PS1, and the Gamecube was more powerful then the PS2.

as far as my knowledge goes the n64 and gc were as powerful
and then nintendo went and made a console that was just as powerful as a gc |

@Hyph
Go look up the technical specs for a N64 and PS1, compare them, come back

| Meanwhile the next xbox and playstation are rumored that you HAVE to be connected to online to play games, even if its single player with no multiplayer or online services whatsoever |

well since it's your argument how about you go ahead and do it to prove your point
if you can't back it up the argument is invalid
>birdhouse
that's just a stupid rumor
there is absolutely no merit in that at all |

"the wii was popular for about a month"
and even that was only because it was a brand new gimmick the likes of which had never really been seen before
the wii u seriously lacked the innovative gimmicks that made the wii a good seller |

news flash kid
it's a market
you stay competitive by offering comparable or superior products to your competitors
kinect was actually a fairly original idea besides the overall concept of motion control but the sony thing was a copy |

Nintendo Wii has more enjoyable games and a lot more fun games. Without Halo Microsoft would be worthless, Paper Mario rocks. |

>bird
i had a ps3 for a while
the only game i ever got on it was mgs4 which was a great game
and while the ps3 has some advantages like blu ray the online is extremely barebones
xbox 360, while having to pay for online, it's a LOT better than the ps3's
but back to the ps3
so i only ever had 1 game for it
and then
a firmware update FROM SONY ruined my $400 console's blu-ray drive and the company refused to fix it for free
in the 5 years i've had a 360, it's broken down once, and i was able to get it repaired by microsoft for free |
