| Can you try clicking the "Build" button on your own place and see if that loads? |

| Do you know your router? If so, can you provide me with the model # and name? It could relate to a firewall or such within your router. |

| Alright, before I go digging for you, do you have an anti-virus on your machine? Is Windows Defender/Firewall enabled? |

Alright, a few things I've made note of by browsing your router. This applies for all available firmware versions.
• You have a limit of 190 to 254 simultaneous connections. If you're overloading your router with a mass of connections, e.g. by running multiple devices on the network at the same time, this can contribute to a slower or limited network. • Wireless bandwidth is limited. If you're on a wireless connection, try closing out from applications that use your network even partially, and see if it helps. • Your router has SPI (Stateful Packet Inspection), a known firewall, installed. You can try temporarily disabling this firewall by logging into your router and configuring it. Don't modify anything else. Once disabled, restart the router if necessary (it should be automatic if it needs to be restarted), and attempt to play ROBLOX. If the problem is fixed, it is recommended you re-enable your computer's firewall to protect your computer. If it does not work, re-enable the router's firewall.
Let me know how it turns out. |

| Your router supports SPI. It's an ActionTec Verizon router, correct? |

I'm sorry. I was looking at the wrong firmware there ^.
You should see it somewhere within the "Firewall Settings" tab. Unfortunately I don't have any access to this router model at the moment so I can't browse for you. |

Actually, I am just going to give you a few options and things to try with your router.
First:
Go to the Firewall Settings tab, and click General on the left. Take note of what the current setting is. Then, change the setting to Minimum Security (Low). Press Apply.
See if the problem is fixed. If not, change the setting back to what it was. |

Hrm. If that didn't work then I really am clueless. Setting that to low should have modified SPI to allow any packets.
What is your operating system? |

Interesting. Can you do some research and find out what Service Pack you have on your computer? |

Hey -
It would be helpful to try to figure out if the problem is the computer or the network.
Do you have a second computer at home on the same network that can play ROBLOX?
Or, can you try the computer that doesn't run ROBLOX on a different network (like at a friend's house, library, or school)? |

| 32-bit or 64-bit? Not your CPU, but your OS. |
