Hi there,
nope. Refunds only apply to gamepasses. When you purchase a gamepass, ROBLOX holds onto the money, and you get the gamepass. If you find out that the gamepass doesn't do what was promised, you can email info@roblox.com and they will investigate. If after a certain amount of time there are no complaints, the owner of the gamepass is credited with the money for the sale. |
