| This decoration is awarded to all citizens who have played ROBLOX for at least a year. It recognizes stalwart community members who have stuck with us over countless releases and have helped shape ROBLOX into the game that it is today. These medalists are the true steel, the core of the Robloxian history ... and its future |

The definition of a veteran for me is a loyal member who has stuck by who ever they our a member of (In this case, ROBLOX) in good times and bad times. Weather you like the changes you make or not, you still accept it and have a fun time. That is what I do...

You want me to tell you what being a veteran is like?
I am an authentic veteran from 2007, I am not a hacker who happened to stumble on an ancient account.
I have seen forumers of all ages come and go, I have also seen ROBLOXian game/Place players quit and never return, or stick around and create developing friendships.
I have literally seen the game's UI shift around before my very eyes, I met the beings responsible for helping me join ROBLOX, I have seen the stories of how "famous" people quit or got deleted/IP Banned.
I have seen my own errors unfold, and I have seen myself become bitter in 2009-2010, only to recover in the later years ahead. In that time, many people have came and went. I have seen rebellions against ROBLOX and/or its "bad community" staged, and also crashed and burned, including my own.
I saw nearly all of the contests in ROBLOX's history unfold before my very eyes, including those long forgotten in today's modern ROBLOX. I remembered how the staff frequently changed, long before people from 2012 were even a thought. BC? The only thing to exist when I was new, as I once coveted it from long ago.
I remembered the people who played since 2005, 2006, and onward, and I felt like a newbie compared to them. Now, the likes of me are considered ancient to the people from 2011, 2012, and 2013.
The badge goes on a great deal saying that veterans were key players in history. They are, for demonstrating to ROBLOX that tenacity, as a personal trait, can shape the very core fundamentals of ROBLOX's own future.
You want to know what being a veteran truly is? Being a veteran means not only can you show your dedication to ROBLOX, but also your pursuits of knowledge and friendships, and carrying from earlier times the wisdom to overcome obstacles presented to you.
That, to me, is what being a veteran on ROBLOX truly is. |

@Trolls
Yeah, I'm tempted to violate park laws by feeding you.
I've had to face many a cunning ROBLOXian opponent, many a witting foe, both on and off of the ROBLOXian battlefield.
I know of thousands of ways to kill ROBLOXians, and I have a wide vocabulary, so I don't go "NO U" every chance I get. I used the "quotation marks" because that is something I usually don't say.
I have seen cynical, bitter players from my time that would destroy the bridge you are living under. I have seen players that would steal every single thing that Bender "Bending" Rodriguez from Futurama has stolen in his entire lifetime, and outsmart him, and he is a recent forum weapon according to you.
Think about that, the next time you want attention drawn to yourself. |
